Can you market to someone 30 days AFTER they visit your site via PPC?
-
Hi all,
I'm looking to market to visitors 30 days AFTER they have been to a website.
Their is a coupon this business wants to run every 30 days to its' repeat customers (and if they purchase again); thus, 30 days more will resume.
I'm aware that your remarketing list can capture audiences from 30, 60, and 90 days past. I'm talking about future display ads running 30 days after visitor has cookies enabled.
Thanks for your help!
Cole

Alex, you sir are a man among boys.
Thanks!!

For best results Google recommends that all the rules should be the same except the membership duration. Then combine them, yes.
-
Would each of these lists have the same URL parameters?
Just different duration of days?
Then combine them?
-
Hi Cole, OK. The remarketing service can be used to show adverts to visitors at a set duration of days after they visited your website. Visitors can be in multiple lists. So you can target those who visited or converted with one list (say "Converted") that has a duration of 60 days then use another list "Sales Cycle" with a membership of 30 days. By excluding the "Sales Cycle" list from the "Converted" list you will arrive at a list of visitors who converted 30 or more days ago and are ready for being shown the offer/coupon.

Alex, I'm not fully following you as far as the execution.
I understand we're attempting to create a custom audience.
So let's say I have an audience for visitors of "this url" set at 60 days past.
How would I market to them 30 days after they visit the website? I don't think I followed.
Thanks.

Yes. Use remarketing with a custom audience by using a 90 day list, for example, and a 30 day list for your customers that have made a purchase and by excluding the 30 day list you will be targeting them at +30 days.

PPC click-through rate by position
Hey Mozzers, I'm trying to find an average CTR by position in the SERPs for paid search ads, but I can't find a reliable source. Does anybody have this information, or can anybody share their own thoughts based on experience? Thanks!

How Can I Target Certain Countries in Google AdWords without Excluding Other Countries?
So, here is the situation: Our company works with merchants worldwide (with the exception of those who live in excluded high-risk countries--mostly in Africa), but most of our Google AdWords leads come from Indian merchants. My CEO wants our campaigns to convert leads from other countries (i.e., the UK, Germany, US, Canada, Australia, etc.), but I have no idea how to do that without excluding India. However, my CEO does not want to exclude India from our AdWords campaigns as the leads are profitable. We simply want more diversity with out leads in terms of geographic location. I am sure there are resources on the Web about how to do this, but I am not an Adwords expert and am unsure of what phrases to search to find the answers. Direct advice or helpful links are much appreciated. Regards,

PPC Landing Pages and Rel Canonical
Hi Mozzers! Our company has hundreds of PPC landing pages which are essentially request a quote forms. We also have a request a quote form on our website that is for regular traffic. Currently we just added the "noindex" meta tag to all our PPC landing pages, but I think we can improve this. Should we remove the "noindex" tag, and instead add a rel canonical link pointing to our "main" request a quote form? Thoughts?

Starting Out With PPC, Need Some Advice
We are starting out with PPC for our site. I wanted to know what the best starting point is for our site. First, some basic info: We sell thousands of products from a large number of manufacturers We can offer the same prices as competitors, but we can't beat their prices Here are my questions: What would be my USP if my prices are the same, and we have the same store policies as competitors? Is it best to start with product pages (as opposed to keywords)? Meaning, setting up a feed via MC and connecting to our adwords account. Any advice is appreciated 🙂

PPC Question
After watching today's excellent WBF by Brian on Adwords, I still have a question. At one point do you believe a PPC keyword or adgroup has enough data to make a decision. Brian mentioned 30,000 impressions. I've heard 200 clicks. Is there a concensus or set of rules anyone could recommend as a guideline. I do PPC but it's not a daily focus, and find myself vacillating, and frankly, probably wasting time and money by not having a more defined approach to PPC.

Have you seen a correlation in between running a PPC campaing and increased SEO ranking for a new site (< 3 months old)?
I have read many conflicting articles on this topic. I understand that running a PPC campaign at a launch phase of a site can get a lot of insights such as exact traffic patterns etc. But the question is: is there a correlation or not with increased rankings position for new site as search engine are forced to crawled that given landing page to give your ad a score? Thanks in advance for your answers and opinion

Does anybody know of a good bulk import http response checker? The one I was using has disappeared and I can only find checkers that only take one URL at a time.
An example of something I'm looking for but I want to check multiple checkers: http://web-sniffer.net/
