Looking for a GA developer to block internal traffic and integrate with Snipcart JS API - paid

Hi There,
We're looking for someone to help us setup:
- Blocking internal traffic using a custom dimension/query URL as described here: http://www.simoahava.com/analytics/block-internal-traffic-gtm/
- Integrate Google Analytics ecommerce tracking with the Snipcart API as described here: https://snipcart.com/blog/integrating-snipcart-with-google-analytics-ecommerce-tracking
- Discuss Kiss Metrics and possibly integrate with Snipcart
We're a small, 2 person startup so are ideally looking for a freelancer or small firm to help - Any recommendations or pointers in the right direction would be much appreciated.

Hi Martijn,
We're using a php-based CMS called concrete5: http://www.concrete5.org
I'm pretty familiar with the CMS (have developed the HTML/CSS and Snipcart integration) it's just that my JS skills are pretty basic and I find GA fairly daunting with regard to the e-commerce tracking and events etc.
Does that make sense?

Help me exclude our dynamic IP addresses from GA
Hi There, I can't believe we are the first SEO Web Development company with the issue of dynamic IP addresses, for technical reasons our ISP keeps changing our IP addresses to different random IP addresses (no patterns, ranges, or reasoning to the specific changes) and we obviously need to exclude our own visits to google analytics - but I can't seem to find any simple way to do this in Google Analytics - can you help me find a simple solution for this? How to trigger a pageview using Google Analytics API upon form submission

Should I block Ukraine, China and Russian Federation for better SEO?
My statistics show that a large percentage of hits to my site are from Ukraine, China and the Russian Federation. Now I know for a fact that most of my demographic is from the US with a bit of Western Europe thrown in. So obviously these are spam bots. Also I have many linked pages with the .ru extension that are spammy. Should I block Ukraine, China and the Russian Federation in my htaccess? I would think bounce rate is very high with spam bots so would that improve my SEO? Then of course there is the extremely annoying buttons-for-website.com and semalt-semalt.com!

Strange Spike in Direct / None traffic
Over the past week or so, my client's Australian personal training website has experienced a dramatic spike in Google Analytics sessions (see attached screenshot). All the visits are coming from various states in the US and via the "Direct / None" source. All the visits are less than 1 second in duration so I'm assuming it's coming from some sort of automated bots. I'm worried for a couple of reasons: A) Could somebody be deliberately spamming the site to adversely affect our rankings? B) How do I get rid of this traffic from our analytics reports? 7kwsJnB

Large Drop in Direct Traffic
We recently experienced a large drop in direct traffic. Search and referral traffic remained steady but direct traffic dropped by over half. I'm having trouble pinpointing what would have caused this drop. Any ideas or suggestions for investigating the cause in a drop of direct traffic?
