What is the best HTML Generator?

Hey Mozers,
I have a CMS that is able to create a XML sitemap but I would have to build out the HTML sitemap on my own. Would the fellow smart people of the Moz world be able to help guide me in the best direction.
What is the best HTML sitemap generator on the market?

Awesome thanks for checking but I see that is the XML sitemap and I'd need a HTML version that is customer facing.

I took a look and looks like they do have an extension:

If the site is under 500 pages use the one suggested here, copy the HTML code and use it in a page. That's what I would do.
If the site is over 500 pages I would indeed look for extension, module, widget for your CMS.

Whats the best way to get credit links from sites i've built?
Hello! I've build 100's of sites. They mostly have site wide footer links pointing back to me. I know this is now frowned on. But does anyone have a good solution to get maximum value back from these? A few have a footer link to a credit page that then links back. I get quite a lot of work back from them. Best SEO practice to redirect affiliate link
Hello, I got an affiliate program on my website, that redirects the affiliate link to the main site like: site.com/ads/aff_code/ -> site.com/ (The redirect is done using a 301 status code.) On the redirect process the site stores a cookie to track the affiliate sale. Will Google and others SE follow this permanent redirect, transferring the relevance of this affiliate link to my main site? In other words, if an affiliate does something wrong (like spams), does the bad reputation will be transferred to my main site? Is there a better way to do that from a SEO standpoint? Thanks,

My best links not showing in Open Site Explorer
Why is it that OSE does not display my strongest backlinks, including those from Wikipedia, a legitamite .edu, Squidoo, etc.? Some of those links have been live for a long time, and some (not all) are "dofollow". Impossible to do a thorough backlink analysis in this situation.

Everyone seems to say "focus on the long tail" but how can you justify focusing on such small search volumes (often zero according to Google) especially if the site you're promoting's revenue is ad based? Best Link Building Practice
Are there any articles or tutorials here about how to build links? The only two methods I've been able to uncover are using OSE to analyze competitors backlinks and directory listings. I'm thinking there must be other ways.
