What Moz tool is best to find reasons google has not spidered by site
-
I just joined Moz and am trying to use the tools however, when I attempt to do so every link comes to a that only allows me access to post questions here.
If anyone can tell me what tool is best to find reasons google has not indexed my site, I would greatly appreciate the help.
Also if anyone knows why I am keep getting routed to this forum when I try to use any of the tools, I would also appreciate help with this. So far Moz is very frustrating.

Hi There,
I hope that this message finds everyone well and you are all having an amazing day! As mentioned before it is pretty tricky to determine why Google does not index a particular site. They are a bit secretive by nature so the issue could range from anywhere from the site being penalized by Google to an issue with ones hosting provider. As mentioned by some of our other amazing community members, Google Web Master Tools and Google Analytics are some very excellent resources.
It does seem very strange that you would be routed to the question and answer forum. Hmmm, we have not heard of this issue before. If you are logged into your account you should be able to follow this link: http://analytics.moz.com/pro/home and be able to get access to Moz Analytics. Once here I would recommend entering in your site and checking out our crawl diagnostics section. This is an awesome portion of the site because it will point our areas of improvement with the site and general recommendations for improvement.
Hopefully this helps and if you are still running into some issues please let me know.
Have a magical day and I look forward to speaking with you soon!

It does seem odd that you keep getting routed to the Q&A forum. Though this forum is a good place to find reasons Google might not have indexed your site. The more details of the situation you share, the better the answers you are likely to get.
As far as the tools, after you log in, go to moz pro in the upper right corner, and hover over the research tools tab--you should see a drop down menu. Click on "view all research tools" and you will see a table which includes a crawl test. The results from that would be a good place to start.
If you are not seeing that path to the tools, you could contact Moz-- they should be able to straighten things out for you.

I have the same problem, and posted a question about this ("everybody is stumped" in the description line). It seems to be a common problem. Google gives few tools to find the reason, beyond a few obvious ones. Here are some places to start?
Have you looked at Google Webmaster tools? Check your Crawl Errors page. Also check the Sitemap Page for errors. Try using Fetch as Google (under the Crawl category); see if that URL appears in a google search after a day or so.
Look at your Crawl Statistics (measuring Googlebot activity). Are they zero? If not, are they rising (problem might solve itself), or falling (me!). These numbers are mysterious, but important.
Try looking in the Google Webmasters Forum. Lots of people posting similar problems there. Some of their answers might help you.
Hope this helps.

Standard Syntax in robots.txt doesn't prevent Moz bot from crawling
A client is getting many false positive site crawl errors for things like duplicate titles and duplicate content on pages that include /tag/ in the URL. An example is https://needquest.com/place_tag/autism-spectrum-disorder/page/4/ To resolve this we have set up a disallow statement in the robots.txt file that says

Disallow: /page/ For some reason this appears not to work, as the site crawl errors continue to list pages like this. Does anyone understand why that would be and what we need to do to properly disallow crawling these pages?0 -

Hi, When I created my campaign, I accidentally sync'd it to the wrong Google Analytics profile. I tried to disconnect and reconnect with the correct one, but now it displays the wrong profile's figures while still saying it's sync'd to the correct profile. How can I fix this? Any help is appreciated,
