Local review site discovery

Rand and others have shared a link to a free service where you type in a state location and it shows a list of the most used local listings & review sites for that area. I can't find this service or link anywhere. Was this a service that was on getlisted.org that no longer exists??
Anyone know where it is or where it went?

booya. I think I was remembering an earlier iteration of this, perhaps before the GetListed acquisition. But that's essentially what I'm looking for. Thanks Rand. Don't know why I didn't see that particular link.
Have a good one. Take care of my home Seattle for me.

I don't think we have them by state (and I can't find anyone else who uses state as the geographic denominator), but we do have https://moz.com/learn/local/citations-by-city, which categorizes citation sources by city. Perhaps that can be useful?
-
The 'Top Citations Sources' lists look the most familiar to me, but I could have sworn there was something like this that showed top citation sites not only by category, but also by their popularity in a specified state.... Maybe I'm misremembering. Maybe it was a dream. Pretty sure the phantom link came from you Rand, so if you don't know what I'm talking about then I'm definitely making things up over here. haha
Thanks

Hi there
Actually, GetList.org was acquired by Moz and became Moz Local. Does this look familiar? You can try Citations by Category, Category Research, and also Check Listing.
You can also take a look at Whitespark and Yext as they both provide listing opportunities.
Hope this helps! Good luck!

Hi Joshua - I think you're talking about https://moz.com/learn/local/citations-by-category
Appears to still be working!

Is It Beneficial to 'Like' My Clients Google Reviews?
I have a client who is insisting that all of us in the office 'like' his positive reviews on Google. My boss & I are fine with doing this, but due to the industry the client works in, my staff is questioning doing this or not because they do not want to be associated with his company outside of work. Is there any SEO benefit to us liking his reviews or is this more for him to feel better that people are reading them? Does my staff have anything to worry about if they do 'like' his reviews?

I'm wondering if reviews services like yotpo and reviews.io are worth it.
The reviews services advertise that your reviews and stars will be placed in your Google search results and this helps with rankings. Does anyone have experience using Yotpo or Reviews.io with a brick and mortar business? Or, any business for that matter? Thanks,

Review stars dropped off in Google from Rich Snippets (started in October '17 - Jan '18 timeframe)
Our review stars from Rich Snippets are not showing up in Google for Novus products. I believe these are structured correctly or at least there are no errors. We have tried to troubleshoot on our own and asked multiple SEO'er's and partners, but have not had success. Turning to MOZ! They were there in September/October timeframe but dropped off in October to January timeframe. example URL: https://www.google.com/search?q=hif+1+alpha+antibody&oq=hif+1+alpha+antibod (It seems to be off all products); This started in October to January time frame so was before the latest algo update.

What's the best way to keep Google My Business reviews when the business changes names?
I work with an interior designer who is re-branding and changing her business name to focus specifically on windows. Can she keep her GMB reviews and just change the name of her business, then reverify with Google? She doesn't want to lose her current local pack ranking.

Google Reviews Hassle Reduced - Will It Affect Your Strategy?
Hey Local Pals 🙂 As you may have read this past week, Google has FINALLY stopped requiring users to have a G+ account in order to leave reviews. I find this such a breath of fresh air, given what a hassle it was for many customers who simply didn't ever get into the whole Google+ thing to leave reviews on this major player. I believe this can be seen as one of the last stages of the plus/local separation that has been ongoing for many, many months. Given this change, I thought it would be a good time to discuss reviews. My main question is, now that the only thing your customers need to leave a review is some type of Google account, will you be ramping up your Google-specific review outreach? And, in your own experience, do you feel that Google, Yelp or a different review source has the most impact on your business? Would that be ranking impact, leads, conversions, something else? Best practice is to be diverse, of course, but if you could earn good reviews in just one place, which would it be, and why? And, if you have any unusual tips for review outreach, I know the community would love to benefit from them. Thanks for joining the discussion!

How can a business turn off the Google+ review feature?
Is there a way to disable the review feature on our Google+ page whilst still retaining the rest of the Google+ features?

Structured Data for mult-location site
Hi, I am developing a site for a service business with multiple location pages within a larger territory. There is only one physical address and phone number for each territory, and the same phone number is therefore relevant for each location page. The mark up requires that I put in the phone number and address for each page, but I think I've previously read that putting the same phone number on each page is a bad idea for my kind of sites (so I have just put it on the main territory page and contact us page). I was was wondering therefore if I should bother with mark up as its just going to be repeating exactly the same address, phone number data for www.site.com/location-A, www.site.com/location-B, /C, /D, /E, /F etc...? Any ideas much appreciated.

Grade Us vs 5 Star Reviews?
We need to get some more reviews, so we're looking at either getting Grade Us or 5 Star Reviews' services. Does anyone have strong feelings about either one? Or another service? Thanks, Ruben
