I set up a custom report to be sent to me daily about a week ago, but I haven't received any of them yet?

How long do they really take? I think I opted in to receive emails from MOZ but I didn't see that as an option on the email form. I need to be able to rely on the assumption that if I set up a custom email to send that it will in fact send.

That may be the case - the reports should all be sent from noreply@moz.com but they should be coming through now.

Great, thank you! If it's my mail server, I know we use ProofPoint for all our email security, should I give them your domain that the reports will be coming from (if it's different than something@moz.com) to make sure they get through? -Cheers!

Hi there! Looks like this was an issue with our mail server or your mail server as I was seeing hard bounces on the report emails. I have since reactivated them so you should start getting those tomorrow! Have a great day. If anything like this happens again feel free to reach us at help@moz.com

Hello, There seems to be a bug regarding MOZ's customized report. I set it up as a weekly report but i received up to 3 emails (4-5 hours interval) with incomplete data. Kindly fix. I'm using gmail. Thanks!

'not a valid url' error in campaign set up
I get the error not a valid url when I'm trying to set up a campaign. I know it's a valid url. I have tried with www, non-www, http://, https:// when I do the https it lets me start, but then I get an error that https is forwarding to http and I need to use that. When I then put in the http, I get the original error. thanks in advance for your help.

Pro just NOTworking, won't add campaigns...help!
I have been a member before, but cancelled due to Moz not doing daily ranking. Signed up again, as i like the reporting facility, and now have planned to use this along with Rankinity. I got the free trial, added in two new campaigns, which is not a quick process if you do it correctly, and neither are showing up in my campaigns tab. So I thought, maybe its because it's a free trial...so I upgraded to the 149/month, and got billed. Tried adding a campaign again, and nada. Also tried activating archived campaigns...again, nothing. Nothing is working, talking directly to Moz is pretty much impossible (no phone number, the 'talk to us' button never gets a response - tried that on Friday), so I am trying to get some kind of answers here. What I would like from Moz is: 1. Make the adding campaigns thing work asap (I need to make the client reports soon). 2. Make it so my old archived ones, when I click the activate button work. 3. If they are feeling nice for wasting hours of my time, maybe refunding my sub for the month and putting me back on the free trial or something. My head is about to explode....HELPPPPP! Moz Analytics - How can I turn a whole report to 'Monthly'?
Hello, After spending 3 days setting up 14 clients on this system, by this, I mean I went through each client and re-made the same report 14 times as there is no alternative..I have noticed on my reports that: 'Dashboard' is set to 'Weekly' Social is set to 'Daily' Branding is set to 'Monthly' First questions, when I try to run a report, I go to Add Module and change 'Weekly' to 'Monthly', but when I press next, it changes itself back again, am I doing something wrong? UPDATE: I have found that I have go back in the reports, change the heading to 'Monthly' and then re-add this section again. How can I just run a whole report with monthly values? Surely, I do not have to re-do the entire report AGAIN, just to get a different value? I am mortified at how unfinished this product is, if this is the case.

Setting up a new campaign stalling on last page
I went through all the steps to set up a new campaign, and am on the last page, where I list competitors. When I click finish, however, the site spins for a few seconds, then does not proceed. I even checked the URLs. Is there a problem with the site right now? I am assuming the social links are optional because they are greyed out, and I am not getting any error messages after I click finish, just nothing. Help!

Duplicate page titles reported on same links
Moz is reporting duplicate titles on my clients website, citing different versions of the same link, one without dubs as domain.com/link and the other with dubs as www.domain.com/link. for example ... duplicate title = Warranty Requests For Custom New Home Construction in Jacksonville

Is it possible to include the page that is ranking for a given keyword in the rankings report? I am a PRO subscriber.
