Moz Pro for simple local seo status reporting
-
I have a new client on a small budget with a local yoga studio.
There's been no SEO work on this site so far, so, after the basics, I plan to work through the items on this list:
https://moz.com/blog/top-20-local-search-ranking-factors-an-illustrated-guide
I'm a new Moz Pro user and am looking for advice on how to use Moz Pro tools with my client to review progress over time...a simple checklist of reports/metrics to share and track, and to use in weekly status reports.
Or, in other words, how can I configure and use Moz Pro tools for basic progress tracking?
This is not a sophisticated, SEO-savvy client, so I want to keep things very simple.
Thanks for any ideas or pointers.

Hi David!
Each week you will receive reports for your campaigns summarizing your Keyword Rankings, On-Page Grades, and Crawl Diagnostics. These are great ways to track a campaign's progress week by week. I would also recommend watching the Insights tab of your campaign's dashboard to see where Moz is suggesting to focus your efforts. You can read more about that here:
https://moz.com/help/guides/getting-started/action-dashboardAdditionally, creating Custom Reports for a campaign is a good option to track exactly what kind of information you need, and send it directly to your client. More information on those can be found here:
https://moz.com/help/guides/search-overview/custom-reportsI hope this is helpful
Thank you!
Kevin

Moz only crawling one page of a campaign, please help
Today I set up a new campaign for a client, however the crawl has only found the home page and is saying that the URL is unavailable. The site is definitely live and the URL is correct. I have set up the campaign 3 times one with the full address (http://www.) one with www. and with just the domain name. All three of these have come page with one page crawled and "unavailable" above the URL. It is picking up the crawl issues on the page and showing domain authority but I don't know why it's not crawling other pages. Prior to setting up the campaign I did a site crawl and Moz found everything then, so I don't know why it isn't now. Please help. Thanks

When connecting your Google Analytics account to your Moz account, Moz provides a drop-down of accounts & UA codes to select from. Where is Moz pulling those selection options from?
The list of Google Analytics accounts and UA codes listed are outdated. How can I update them to reflect the most up-to-date accounts (& UA codes associated with those accounts)?

More problems with Moz - Monthly Reporting
Hello All, I may be missing something, but I only want to create monthly reports for my clients from this system. A week in SEO is a terrifying rollercoaster, but any I digress. Currently, i'm adding clients to the system, setting up Analytics, Twitter, Google+, keywords etc. I then go to the custom reports menu as I want to build my report now and schedule it to run at the end of the month, however, because a month has not yet passed, I can only create weekly report segments. This means that I have to add a client to your system and then come back a month later to build a report, this is silly, am I using this wrong or is this not right? I don't care if any data is available, I just want to create the report so I don't have to do it later ideally.

What do Pro Subscribers Get that Free Users Don't?
I've been playing with my new account here on Moz, and I'm trying to figure out what Pro subscribers get that Free users don't get. Is there a page somewhere that lists the differences? I Googled, but couldn't find one.

Whenever your account is suspended, your campaigns are archived. The good news is that reviving archived accounts is really simple. Go to your Campaigns section: http://pro.moz.com/campaigns
At the top of the page there is a "Archived Campaigns" Tab, give it a click.
From here, you should easily be able to "activate" your campaigns. My Google Analytics profile won’t stay connected to my campaign and/or I am missing profiles in my GA Settings. Google goes through a process called Oauth when it comes to authorizing access of services that are linked to your Google account. Under any single Google account, there are about 20 tokens account wide. Those tokens are used to provide access for a variety of services from Gmail to apps on your phone. Once you hit the limit, which is 20 for most users, the system automatically revokes the oldest token to provide a new one. I'm not certain if this is causing the issue on your account, but it is a great place to start troubleshooting. You may be able to correct the issue by manually revoking your tokens to make room for new ones on your account and then reconnecting the account to Moz. Here are the instructions on how to do that: Follow this link https://accounts.google.com/b/0/IssuedAuthSubTokens. This page displays the current OAuth tokens you are using. Once you reach the page, simply press the revoke button (illustrated on this screenshot: http://screencast.com/t/vjh3KrjRRIe) for services that you are not using right now. Once you are done with, that simply go back to your campaign settings, disconnect your GA profile and reconnect. The below process may also fix this issue for you. Head to your campaign settings page on your overview page. Disconnect your Google Analytics connection. Go back to your settings page and click on "connect account." Please make sure you log into the correct GA account. 🙂 Hurray! This should let you grab the most current traffic data! Oops! try refreshing page! I can’t access any of my Campaign data.
This issue is normally machine specific and can be a bit complex. An individual forum has been created to address this: https://seomoz.zendesk.com/entries/28203486-Oops-Try-Refreshing-the-Page-Error-showing-on-all-pages- Unable to retrieve historical ranking CSVs. Some users did not receive their requested Historical Rankings CSVs. This has mostly been affected by a change or update to your competitors after a campaign has been setup for a while. Lost since the change over to Moz
I was recently lead to a series of videos which looked to be quite helpful here http://moz.com/help/pro/introduction But is seems with the change over from SEO Moz to Moz, nothing is in the same place. Should I bother watching them or wait for new ones? I'm particularly interested in SEO to raise our rank.

How do you "Moz Crawl" a website? Newbie...
Hi everyone; I've used Screaming Frog in the past and it's simple: you enter the URL to the box and click "start" and.. voila: as the button says, the crawling starts. I've had the Pro version of Moz for a while now and haven't really 'done' anything with it. I'd like to crawl a website and thought it would be as easy as it's always been with Screaming Frog... but, for some reason, I can't find the 'way' to do it. I find it really frustrating especially cause I feel like an idiot going around in circles thinking I'm missing something really obvious... Until I realised the only solution was to ask here! So... how in the world do you crawl a website using Moz tools? (Pro version) Thanks!
