Howdy!
Thanks for reaching out, and sorry for the trouble! There can be a few different things inhibiting Moz Local's ability to pick up a corresponding Google+ or Facebook page. For starters, I'd recommend checking through guide in the FAQ section of this article: https://moz.com/help/guides/local/listingIf you're still encountering issues after taking a look at those factors, then I'm certainly happy to investigate :). I hope this helps! Feel free to let me know if you have any further questions or concerns! Thanks, and have an awesome day!

Moz local not showing Facebook
When using Moz local the search is showing that I have no listing? I have a business page with 1400 followers and its been active for a long time with the same address and email to all my other listings. Why would this not be found? Is there something that I am missing?

How long do Facebook and Google pages have to be published before Moz can verify them?
Hi there. I've checked the forums and have seen similar questions, but couldn't find an answer in them. I have a listing that I imported from my Google My Business account, but it comes up as unverified for both Facebook and Google. Both pages exist, but have only been published for about 3 weeks. Both sites contain the accurate business information and are the appropriate types of pages, so the best I can determine from what I've read in the other posts is that "newly" published Facebook and Google pages may not be able to be verified by Moz Local. So the question is, what is considered "newly published"? The Facebook business page is: https://www.facebook.com/JTBentonConsulting/ The Google+ page is: https://plus.google.com/b/114469171569907148968/+JTBentonConsultingAdamstown?pageId=114469171569907148968&hl=en The name registered for Google My Business is: J T Benton Consulting - Mobile Notary Public Any ideas?

Facebook page not showing up on mo report
Hi, I've recently set-up a Moz local account and have submitted my business to it. However for some reason my Facebook page is not showing up in the listing report. The Facebook page is active and has all the NAP details but in the listing report, it only gives the option of creating a listing. Am I doing somesting wrong? https://www.facebook.com/surreyroofcare/

We have 2 verified listing in Moz Local, one verified by Google and one verified by Facebook. Can I bring them together?
The thing is, the listing verified through Google also has metrics for listings within a number of other direct networks, and the listing verified with Facebook has metrics showing for other direct networks. It would be good if I could bring these together and get a better overall picture of how our local listings are optimised.

Moz Local UK - Is Facebook or Google being used to verify NAP?
I am using Moz Local UK on behalf of a customer of mine. There are two verified listings when I do a search for their business name and postcode. There are a couple of slight variations in the two verified NAPs; One says Road, the other says Rd. One says their county, the other says their district - or East Sussex & Brighton & Hove. Both their Facebook and Google+ pages say Road and East Sussex. Both verified listings are wrong and in contrast to any Facebook or Google+ account. Not too sure where to go with this and would appreciate any advice :0)

Which "business type" is most appropriate for MozLocal?
We are trying to select our "business type" for MozLocal. It's not clear what the implication is by choosing one over the other: brick and mortar or service area? Does anyone understand the criteria to choose one over the other, and when and how is this used by local listings? Thanks.

Facebook listing not found
Kinda new to Moz Local. Up until about 5 days ago, I was getting 96-97% reported by Moz Local - then suddenly that dropped to 84% and Moz Local reported that my Facebook listing wasn't found. I'd seen face book come and go, sometimes Moz Local would say FB couldn't be reached but usually it would show up later that day and I'd get 96% again. But now its been about 5 days and FB keeps showing up as no listing found. I completely retyped in my FB url and verified everything but still Moz Local won't update.
