Moz Forum Responses Crashing Outlook 365

Don't know if anyone else has this issue every time I get a forum response email and I try to open it it seizes up Outlook 365.
It totally crashes, all I can do is to kill the process and restart Outlook!!

Sorry for the delay in responding. I have a great news -- as of today, this bug for Q&A forum emails has been fixed. (Any emails timestamped now 1:20pm PDT and going forward.)
Unfortunately, this bug is also happening in Blog comment emails. The blog and Q&A systems are not tied together, and the development work on it rests with another dev team. The good news is that we know the issue (half the battle). We are working on prioritizing the work, and I'm hoping that in the next couple months (at most), this will be fixed.

Poking you again Erica. I've reduced my activity on Q&A cause I'm tired of having to reboot Outlook. Is there any fix in sight? I believe you said you fixed this once before so a solution is at hand. Surely it wouldn't take long to fix?

Hi Donna,
Sorry about the slow response to this. As it's the end of the year and our engineers have been focused on shipping new products or major upgrades to products, unfortunately, this has gone to the back burner priority-wise. For an ETA, I would say sometime in Q1 would likely be your best bet.

Hey friends - We had this bug a while ago and fixed it, but likely our move to https caused it to happen again.

Do you often get this - see image for loading popup in outlook.
As you have posted in product support someone at Moz will no doubt look into it - it has been like this for a few months for me, i originally thought it was just a firewall issue. but now looks a little more wider spread.

This also applies for me everytime I click on a response from a moz post it locks up my outlook for a period of time before opening the preview etc.
I think it is due to an image issue on the responses - the user thumbnails being delivered from CloudFront are not showing and is trying to connect but fails taking some time. - it opens in browser fine.
Hope this helps - is it the same issue for everyone else?
Could it be due to the email trying to pull an image from a HTTPS source location?

It is the desktop client that is causing problems for me, so it must be a general problem.
Does anyone know how we get Moz to do something about it?

I'm having the same problem. Emails that publish to my Windows Outlook 365 inbox hang the application.

Inaccurate results in MOZ Rank Tracker
Hello, We recently ran a test on Rank Tracker and got a result indicating that the page in question was in position #17. We did a manual check on a Google USA SERP for the query, and found that we weren't in results where the tool had indicated. Does anyone have any ideas on what might be causing this discrepancy? Why isn't the Moz bar data populating for Yahoo sites?
The Moz bar isn't populating information for Yahoo homepage or it's verticals (i.e. homes, autos, finance, etc.), but I can get this data for other portals like AOL or MSN. I'm specifically looking for PA, mR, and DA information, but instead I get a generic "Search Profile" bar with no page/site-specific data.

MOZ On Page Grader Not Seeing Changes
Hello all, I've been doing some SEO work recently and using the really handy A-F rating on MOZ on page grader as a guide. It's worked great so far on my sites up until today. I've made some small changes to a site such as the title and MOZ isn't seeing these changes. For example if I were to put 'banana' in the title of one of my other sites and re-run the on page grader with 'banana' as a keyword, instantly MOZ would say this keyword is used in the title once. I've done the same to another site and the same thing hasn't happened. I did a test and wrote all the keywords from the title in the on page grader and it still said they appear 0 times in the title. Am I missing something here? The site is different from the others, it's flat html and not CMS, but the SEO changes I've made are still the same. Thanks!

My H1 is not readable in MOZ
I have tried a lot to no success. I can read the H1 in the source of the browser. And I have tried without any classes(joomla). Does anybody experienced something similar or have a clue why MOZ can't read my H1? Why does the moz crawl test lists page twice?
Hi, I'm running into an issue where some crawlers list my pages twice, once with a trailing slash, once without. I first saw it on a few pages with screaming frog, then saw it happen on all my pages with the moz crawler. The site is www.kidsandart.org and its on Squarespace. I grepped the sitemap.xml I submitted to google webmaster and got 167 distinct pages, all of them without a trailing slash. Any insights on why this is happening, and how to regard moz crawler results would be appreciated. thanks Tom

My product pages have no weight / links from root domains with the Moz tool bar
Hi, When I view my home page (http://www.arkwildlife.co.uk) with the Moz toolbar, I see a good PA and a good amount of links from root domains. As I go down the site, it seems to get worse. The category pages (http://www.arkwildlife.co.uk/Category/0/Straight_Foods.html) have a little but not much and then from this point onwards, it's nothing. The product page (http://www.arkwildlife.co.uk/Item/Straight_Foods~Sunflower_Seeds/SUNH/Premium_Sunflower_Hearts.html) is reporting to have no root domain links but I am not sure why. Interestingly, when I click through to a review page (http://www.arkwildlife.co.uk/StockReview/0/SUNH/0/Premium_Sunflower_Hearts.html) it does have some juice. Would anyone be able help on why this is happening and what I need to be looking at in order to resolve it please? EDIT: I've been looking at the hyperlinks and notice something odd. If I review the score with the first link below, it gives a score of 1, but the second gives a PA of 13 with one root domain linked. 1:http://www.arkwildlife.co.uk/Item/Straight_Foods~Sunflower_Seeds/SUNH/Premium_Sunflower_Hearts.html 2:http://www.arkwildlife.co.uk/Item/Straight_Foods%7ESunflower_Seeds/SUNH/Premium_Sunflower_Hearts.html Please note the "%7E" instead of the "~" in the URL. The browser appears to show the ~ character no matter what but the rank of the page changes. I don't understand what the Moz toolbar is doing with this. Moz Keyword Ranking Report
Hi, Moz Keyword Ranking report shows different results then what i see on my desktop for some keywords. There wasn't much difference on most of them until now so ignored some of the differences but now i see huge differences. For instance, on my Google UK I see the keyword ranking 1 or 2 but Moz reports show 22 or higher than that . Search Engine is Google UK. Would you please advise if I am doing anything wrong here?
