Hi All,

We have an office in Berkeley CA which has a Google listing.

Now we have launched a new office in Hayward CA and we're thinking of how exactly we should create the new Google listing for the office:
1. Create a new google account and submit the page URL in it?
2. Create a new Google account under our Berkeley google account. i.e. to have both under the same account in Google

Hi Tomer!

I'd advise creating all of your listings under the same account so that you can manage them all from a single Google My Business dashboard.

Creating multiple GMB listings same address?

Hi Guys, We have a medical centre which has different services like medical, dental, pathology, mental health and 3-4 other services. They are all at the same address within the medical centre. Currently, we have a GMB listing just for the medical centre. But we're looking to create separate GMB listings for each service. I was wondering if anyone has done this before and can speak from experience of the pros and cons of doing this? It seems we will have a lot more GMB listings to manage, but we should benefit more from relevant GMB searchers and this will improve our visibility. Cheers, Mark

Google points of Interest / POI

Hello, Looking for some guidance on how to appear and get listed in Google Points of Interest in the Search Engine Results Page. Like when searching for "attractions Seattle" at the top of the SERP these listings appear. Cannot seem to find some good resources on the topic as well. Thanks Conrad

New design for Googles Local Search results. No more "7 Pack"

Hello MOZ-People,
since yesterday I see (here in germany) for many keywords, that the local results in Google (the so called "7 Pack") is just a "3 Pack". AND, and this leads to my question, for keywords that suggest Google that you want to rent a vacation home, I see the possibility to enter the dates for arrival and departure (see the pic). But for now, it seems that changeing the dates has no impact on the results. Has anyone a clue, what Google has in mind with these dates? Is the an official Google response I have missed? Google Local: When moving locations, is a new website/content needed?

I've effectively moved companies before, but I've heard that ranking locally in a competitive market after an address move it is necessary to redesign the entire website/content/domain as Google associates the old website/content/domain with the old location. Is this true? Does anyone have any direct experience with this? NOTE- I have updated citations across the internet and have regular social signals going to the new location, and this has been the case for almost 6 months now.

Can we use different names in Google places for each location of a business?

I have a client who has several locations for their business. The company and the original location have one name - let's call it "National Clinic". Then, they have a series of urgent care clinics, named with the structure "National Clinic Urgent Care: Main St." and "National Clinic Urgent Care: Central Plaza". Google+ Business Page Ownership - Local Listings

I am trying to update Google+ Business page. I think previouse employee already setup a Google+ page (not sure if it's completed or not) but she no longer works here. At this point, we have no way of knowing user name & password for the Google + business page.
