I am doing a $10'000 giveaway to get more automotive dealers to an auction in Detroit to buy cars from my clients wholesale company which is called www.canadiansupersellers.com. We are going to give away Super Bowl Sunday tickets to create fans and followers but mainly to get dealers to show up to auction this Thursday. Is this something that anyone would be interested in helping me promote? If you can give me reasonable assurances that we can get results I can pay whatever is reasonable. The auction that we are promoting is Next thursday so I would like to start seeing results by as early as Tuesday. Is a budget of $1500 reasonable? Thanks, David Busselldave@clickshift.cawww.clickshift.ca

Hi David,
Thanks for posting to Moz Q&A! I'm afraid, though, that the forum is intended to help folks get help with marketing issues that are stumping them, whereas this is really more promotional, or a job listing.
I'm going to lock this thread to further commenting. Thank you for understanding, and please email us at community@moz.com if you have any questions.

This Thursday... just four days away?
You are starting very late for sticking $10,000 on the line.
I would use FedEx rather than the Internet. Your target audience is dozens of people and for $1500 you could FexEx them on Monday a golden invitation and a lottery ticket.

Unusual post. Difficult without a deep dive. But generally multiple options but for $1500.00 it appears an Adwords/Facebook, type scenario. Facebook you can get specific & granular in audience targeting and re-marketing. With that budget I would have though DIY. The other option, is it seems like a narrow audience is simply cold call or email them...
I would also recommend a press release and drive for some local coverage, it would be great for backlinks and building site authority. It is tough but you only have limited time. Alot to do all the best.
Hope that assists.

Prior experience needed?
I do not really have experience in SEO, in fact this is the first program that I am using to really do anything SEO. My question is what do I need to do in order to really have a firm grasp and understanding of what I need to do in order to really take my website to the top? Thank you. Diego

An SEO Strategy (need review)
I work in the real estate vertical. My clients possess significant content. Though it's not written. They have tons of images and plenty of videos. They have content in the form of descriptions of homes etc... They don't have written content that would be valuable in an attempt to rank. Most traffic in real estate vertical is [city] real estate and [city] homes for sale. Agents rarely ever use those phrases. Certainly not when doing what they do, promoting their listings. I am thinking I need to build a link building strategy around their videos and photos. There are tons of high domain sources to get links from. With video I could do youtube, vimeo, veoh, daily motion, hulu, etc... All of these sites are DA 90+. None of the links are follow. They would all be no follow. I could have a profile back link, and a back link on each video. So one video distributed to 10 sites would be worth 10 back links. So a client would build hundreds of backlinks a year. All of value. I could deep link all the back links to appropriate subdivision landing pages (long tail). The same strategy is applicable with photos. There are dozens of high DA sites that syndicate images. All would result in a lot of links that are high DA with no-follow. Please discuss this strategy. Also, if you can think of another strategy to build back links for real estate then please share it. I want to discuss real ground level back link building. Not "just build content and they will come." I need the sites to rank. I don't know if no-follows will even help them rank for long tail keywords.

Do we need an exact marker on Google Maps?
My business covers a service area, but we would still like to have a precise listing on Google Maps for SEO purposes. Is it possible to edit maps to set up a specific address listing, or is that something we can only do when establishing the Google+ listing? I think (correct me if I'm wrong) that when you set up a service area in your plus/places account, Google limits how much of your address is shown in maps. Feedback appreciated!

Does adding the city to your business name in a Places page help or harm Local SEO?
Hi, All! Another local SEO question... For one of our clients, the title on their Place page is <official business="" name=""><city>. Example: John's Sporting Goods Detroit. Now, most citations will say "John's Sporting Goods." Is having "Detroit" as part of the business name in Places problematic (NAP inconsistency) and we should remove it, or is it helpful for ranking for "sporting goods detroit" or is it neither?</city></official> Thanks! Aviva

Would 2 Google Places locations help my Google Places ranking?
Hi. Our agency office is located in a "bad" zip code relevant to active businesses who would need our agency services. In a nutshell, we get really bad inquiries who can never afford our services...and it's coming directly from the Google geolocation function. We plan to relocate our offices within 1 year. Would it help us in Google Places if we created a "new" physical office location to cover up the "bad" one we are currently in? We could use a paid location like a UPS Mail Center physical address that is located within a more desiring zip code. Thanks for any input. Jay

VSEO - Is backlinks help youtube video to rank well??
hey, I made a test & got backlinks to 2 youtube videos of mine and saw what should happening in next few days..but nothing got! I didn't get update or change in my videos even if the keywords are low competitions.. but when I read many posts & experts say that getting backlinks to your youtube video or VSEO count by google and we should doing it! the only way I've found to improve your youtube video ranking in google is to add it in blog & use video sitemap! but I'm also use video to direct affiliate link & there where I think backlinks should work to help me. I would to know from your experience is that worth to do or not or if backlinks for youtube are link ping we should do it directly when we upload video? PS: any info or idea you've it can be a very helpful solution for all! thnx
