Emails from Moz display incorrect report information
-
Hey,
I have noticed that for the last 3 weeks or so the emails from Moz have been displaying incorrect information. The results it shows in the email seem to be from previous crawls.
For example
The previous week a sitemap that didn't update that caused 400+ pages to appear as 404's. This wasn't reported in the email and it stated there were only 2 errors on the site. (Of which we knew about anyway and choose to ignore). Thankfully i checked the crawl report anyway out of habit and saw the onsite report to show 400+ crawl errors. I went on to fix these errors.
This week, the crawl report showed 400+ crawl errors, I immediately logged on to the website to check the campaign to find there are only the 2 expected crawl errors.
It is almost as if the info from the campaign is being pulled and emailed to me seconds before it is updated from the crawl info. I am finding this to be the case in both the keyword and crawl errors email reports.

Hey there! Sorry to hear you're seeing mixed information in your emails.
Unfortunately this is hard to diagnose without taking a closer look at the report email and campaign in question. We'd be happy to take a look and help you sort it out if you email the Help team at help@moz.com with the details of your account!

On page SEO Report Sucks
Hey. I'm trying to get a PDF of the on page report so I can see a list of each issue. This works well if you're logged in and just navigate through the different tabs, but not so well if you export. All I get is an overview of the number of the priority issues, but not the URLs and the specific problems. I know you can export a CVS, but that's not a very good branded way to export this. What I'd like to do is export a report that is fairly gainular so I can provide "before and after" reports for work we completed. As is stands now, I have an overview PDF which sucks and can't provide any more details or a CVS which has all the details in the world, but is so in depth it's hard to navigate, especially for clients who don't know what they're looking at, not to mention it's not branded!!! There should be way more options for reporting here. Please let me know if you can do something about this or if I'm just missing something. Thanks. Micha

Historical Data in MOZ
Currently I'm sharing a MOZ account with an SEO buddy of mine. So, let’s say we want our own account eventually. Would I be able to export historical keyword data to a new account?

I'm tired of logging in to MOZ
I like this site, I really do, which is why I visit multiple times a day. But I grow weary of these premium sites that require me to log in multiple times a day. This morning I was simultaneously working at ordercup.com, strengthcoach.com, and moz.com, and all three log me out at every turn. Argh!!! What's worse is that some MOZ pages think I'm logged in and others don't. I don't fully understand the logic behind the curtain, so I wander from page to page trying to get the login in sync. Why can't these sites work like lynda.com where I can stay logged in for days and weeks? To top it off, LastPass rolled out a new release that broke auto-login. All this logging in is getting in the way of me getting anything done.

Is it possible to split a moz account. We have 5 sites and one has been sold to another company. Can I split that site onto its own new account?

A problem with the MOZ New response to Question Email
Hi, It seems that the MOZ New response to Question emails are getting my mailbox stuck (using outlook). This does not happen with any other email including your other reports and emails. Maybe its only me but it happens to me on two active questions I have with you (2 different new response emails I got). Thanks

Report is scheduled for next month - need it now
Hi all, I just made a report from Moz pro. After selecting all the reports I wanted clicked finished. My report would send by e-mail to me and my account address. But I still haven't received any report.
