Sorry for the trouble with MozBar! As a first step, you'll want to clear your browser's cache and cookies. After it's all cleared out, try restarting the browser again and then logging in. You should also make sure that third-party cookies are activated in your browser. After you enable all cookies, including third-party, and save the settings, restart your browser and log back into moz.com. After that, open up the MozBar and make sure you are logged in.
I hope this helps! If you're still running into trouble after following these troubleshooting tips, feel free to reach out to help@moz.com!

Moz Bar doesn't show any data and keeps asking me to log in when actually I'm logged in.
Hi all, I've been using Moz Bar for years. It ran well until about three weeks ago. It suddenly failed to show the DA and PA of sites that I open after I log in. And it keeps asking me to log in when I did. I tried to uninstall the Mozbar extension and reinstalled it several times. Nothing worked. I also tried to uninstall Chrome and clear the cookies, still, nothing changed. Did anyone experience this? How do you solve it and make it run on the track? Any information will be appreciated. My site is hosted in Reston, VA yet the MozBar shows the Canadian flag next to the URL. Does anyone know why this is happening? Screen-Shot-2016-06-16-at-9.29.07-AM.png

I want to use Moz for everything rather than continuing to use a separate auditing tool!

MozBar 3.1.54 released: Spam Score and Smart Icon
Hey guys! We just launched MozBar version 3.1.54 for Chrome. 2 exciting new features: we now have Spam Score integrated into the MozBar (for Logged In users) the MozBar icon itself will now show DA when the MozBar is off. Click the icon to toggle this state (you can also click again to turn it completely off) We also fixed a few bugs, and removed Google Authorship from the Markup tab. Those of you who already have the MozBar installed, it will automatically update. For those new to the MozBar - you can download it here - https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/mozbar/eakacpaijcpapndcfffdgphdiccmpknp?hl=en Also big shout out to all of our MozBar users, we are now at 243k Chrome Installs. A full 110k increase from the version 3 launch in June last year. Thank you all! Love to hear your feedback below! Jon

I'm checking keyword difficulty for two different sites. Would love to view the results by site instead of just one large list. Is that possible? Or would it just be easier to keep the lists separate in Excel and just import when I want an updated report?
I have keyword lists for two sites. Is there a way to label them in the keyword difficulty tool (List A, List B) so I can just view results for a particular site? Or do I need to run the report with List A, export results, delete those keywords, then run the report for List B?

Ambiguities In The MozBar Keyword Difficulty Checker
Hi, This is more of an observation rather than a real issue. But I noticed that when I check a keyword difficulty in Google by pressing the button that appears I get a different % result to the same keyword placed in the campaign. I suspect that it is something to do with being in the UK, however, If for instance I go to google.co.uk and place in the search bar IT support company Portsmouth I get the result 44% appear but in the keyword difficulty tool I get the result 34%. It seems to do this on all the keywords I have checked. I also checked both US and UK results in the campaign but neither of these came up within the 10% difference of the toolbar. Like I mentioned though, not a criticism, just an observation, its still a very handy little tool. EDIT 06/18/14: I thought I would just add that I am now getting some seriously odd results. For instance, if I put in the keyword 'hairy blue widgets for sale in Outer Mongolia' it returns a difficulty level of 71% ??? Thanks
