How do I cancel a soon to renew Moz Local subscription?

I can't seem to figure out how to cancel an upcoming renewal.

Here is how you can turn off your Moz Local auto-renew in 3 steps:
- Head to your Moz Local dashboard and click the "Subscriptions" tab on the side nav bar https://moz.com/local/bulk/managed/subscriptions
- Click on the subscription level your listing is under
Check all tabs for additional listings https://screencast.com/t/TryyRQbWFtwe - In the Options dropdown to the right of your listing, hit "Disable Auto-renewal" https://screencast.com/t/n7VNCEfb
If you decide you'd like your listing to renew again, all you'll need to do is choose "Enable Auto-renewal" from your Options dropdown.

Hello, I just signed up for Moz local, when will all of the directories promised be populated with the information I filled out in the dashboard? It is my understanding, I just fill out my profile on Moz local and all the business listing will be automatically created and updated for me. or do I need to create the account on for example Manta and Forsquare and then you will update the existing account. Why don't the duplicate listings from the moz/local search show up on the moz/local dashboard
When I do a MOZ/Local search on the search listings tab I see all the listings with different information but they don't show up on the moz dashboard for the subscribed listing.

Anyone else having trouble uploading CSV file to Moz Local?
I have filled out the listings template provided by Moz Local for creating listings. I uploaded a week or so ago and when I went to check listings today, none were created. So I tried to upload the CSV file again, and it is giving me an error saying "Make sure you are uploading a CSV (Comma Delimited) file and that you include the column titles. If you are using Microsoft Excel, please export your spreadsheet as a CSV file first.". I have saved it as a CSV in both Excel and Google sheets, but neither file seems to be recognized by Moz Local as a CSV. Is this happening because of the previously uploaded file, or did it never get uploaded in the first place and I just missed the error message the first time around? Anyone else having problems uploading their CSV and found a way to get it accepted? Is there any other way to create a CSV from an excel file other than Excel or Google Sheets? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
