Having trouble uploading CSV file to Moz Local?

I am receiving the following error "Please make sure the file you upload is in CSV (Comma Delimited) format. You may need to re-save or export the spreadsheet as a CSV. Please note that the column headers are required, and must not be changed. Feel free to use our template to fill out your listing info." Please help, I completed the template file and I am trying to upload it as a csv file.

Moz Listing Paused

One of my Moz listings is paused because "Listing not found on Google or Facebook." My Google account is linked to Moz and the listing is showing in Google results and on the back end of Google My Business but it is not showing in the Import option. Paused listing in Moz local UK

My listing for Kenwood Hall was paused and after waiting almost a week I'm not sure how to get it unpaused. The verified Google My business profile is at https://plus.google.com/106845835431357734064/about and the facebook listing is at https://www.facebook.com/Kenwood-Hall-390682141103826/timeline/. New Company with Google+ but not in directories. Does Moz add those even though they show no listing status?

I am submitting a new company. I created a Google+ account that's been verified. Once it's on Moz local, will it be added to these directories even though it's not showing up that the business exists?

Moz Local Listing Score

Hi there, I purchased MozLocal for my firm on February 27th, about 7 and a half weeks ago to the day. While I've been waiting for the results to populate and the program to do it's work, I've been manually updating all the other listings with photos and categories based off the "missing info" Moz Local provides. Throughout the last almost 8 weeks, my listing score has increased a total of 1%. At this point, should I expect to see any further results from this tool? I'm still seeing "Update in progress", yet it seems enough time has passed for at least something to happen. After two months of waiting, I'm wondering if I would have been better off updating these listings myself. Does anyone have any idea when/if I should be seeing any results?

Moz Local, listings still not correct

I've been using Moz Local on all my clients. One client in particular, I've been using Moz Local on for 6 months. Their Moz Local stats all look good inside the dash board. While killing some time the weekend, I ran a few reports on them in Bright Local. None of the sites Moz Local is supposed to be pushing too has the correct listings. They are all different just like before I started. Why is this?

How does Moz Local work with business that don't have a physical location? (e.g., handyman, locksmith, etc.)

I'm wondering how Moz Local will handle a business that doesn't want to publicly display an address. A handyman, landscaper, or locksmith might want to do something like this. Is it easily handled or do you have to manually try to "work around" to hide the address on sites that let you? Thanks!
