Error Code 803: Incomplete HTTP Response Received
-
On 5 pages on our site we've got an Error Code 803: Incomplete HTTP Response Received.
We checked the network interface within the browser inspector, which did not return any errors, this would mean than there were no issues with retrieving resources from the server. In the console log there are no errors also.
We also inspected the URL bar settings and can see each page is loaded under a secure connection with no errors.
When using http://www.webconfs.com/http-header-check.php there was a "HTTP/1.1 301 Moved Permanently" issue.
A little in the dark on what to do next. Any help would be amazing!

-- update: the new Moz Pro site crawler is now live, this means we can now crawl your SNI site. If you have any queries please check this post on fixing 803 errors, or reach out to help@moz.com --
Hey there!
Patrick linked to a really helpful Q&A article, but the other big cause for an 803 error would be SNI (Server Name Indication). Unfortunately I don't see the actual domain included in your question, so it's hard to be sure, but that's usually the prime suspect. Our current site crawler does not support SNI and if that is in use on your site, we will have trouble crawling it.
The good news is that we have begun to develop a new crawler that supports SNI, which is currently in beta. If you're interested in being a part of the beta testing, you can head here to sign up: http://goo.gl/forms/LCvL9Ix8JDHfbAvr1
I hope that helps! Feel free to reach out to us at help@moz.com if you want to discuss these errors in greater detail on a non-public forum.

Moz is reporting weird email address URLs as 'Meta refresh' errors? Anything to worry about?
Under site crawl, Moz is reporting weird email address URLs as 'Meta refresh' errors. The URLs are: http://support@ihasco.co.uk and http://enquiries@ihasco.co.uk Once clicked, they redirect to our homepage. Anyone else ever had this? Is it anything to worry about? I don't think it is, but would be good to get some reassurance.

Time out writing responses to Moz Q&A
This is driving me crazy and making me wish to destroy everything I can reach with my hands. I like to write long curated answers to people questions on here. And evidently there's some sort of timeouts in Moz Q&A software. Because every time I answer to someone I get this fu#@!ng error message... http://imgur.com/ypVQ2hD So I go back, I lost everything and either give up or write one sentence. ypVQ2hD

Not receiving emails from Fresh Web Explorer
Hi I set up several alerts on the Fresh web explorer - however I haven't received emails and these we're set up over a month ago. What email address do they come from - I have checked my junk folder but I am thinking I might need to whitelist the email with the developers to receive the emails. Thanks Andy

Moz Crawl Report showing non-existent Duplicate Errors since new reporting layout
Hi Moz Community, Since Moz changed to the new style of Crawl report, we've seen a jump in duplicate errors for our site. These duplicate errors do not exist and were not present on the Crawl reports before the report change and also we have not made any changes to the flagged pages on our site since then either. When you download the report data in csv it appears that the Moz report is mixing up data for two or more pages on the site. e.g.in csv for 'Page1' data, it will show the meta description for 'Page2' and 'Page2' shows that for 'Page1', so this then gets flagged as duplicate, however looking at the actual Meta description assigned onsite, both Page 1 and Page 2 are completely unique. Has anyone else experienced this and Moz Team - are you looking into this? Thanks, V

Dupe content report showing in 'Errors' section when surely should be in 'Warnings' section ?
Why is the dupe content info showing in errors and not warnings ? Since if dupe content can get your site penalised (as per Panda) or worse banned, surely it should be in that section of reports ? Cheers
