Is the MOZ Community Ranking broken?
-
I have been busy and away from MOZ for a while, but over the years I have been an active member of the community. I have over 2000 Moz points and usually if you haven't been on in the specified time period you become unranked, however this usually updates in 24 hours of logging back in. I have been active again since Sunday and I am still unranked yet I have gained several more points answering a couple of questions. My question is - have I missed something and the system has changed (not according to the top users table) or is the system broken?
-
Hi Tawny,
It looks like the system is working again - my ranking is back.
Thank you
Matt

Hey there! Tawny from Moz's Help Team here!
We had thought that this was just MozPoints being a bit delayed in getting added to accounts, but now it's looking more like it might be a bug in our system. I've reported the issue to our community team, and we'll get on it ASAP! So sorry for the inconvenience!

Hi Roman - yeah I was wondering if it was an issue that Moz and/or the community were aware of. I am still getting Moz points but my rank isn't appearing. I have been active on here in the Q&A since 2010 and never had issues before, to be honest
Thanks
Matt

I have a similar problem, if I make a comment on the blog I receive the Most Point automatically, but in the Q&A seems is does not work.
I have two weeks posting or trying to resolve other members question and then I realize that all was waste of time. In some cases I recive some points 3 or 4 days after, but Im not sure the reason. (maybe some one gave me a thumb up, some mark as a good answer one of my answer). But the point is that the system does not work correctly.

Hi Alick - thats the same criteria it has always been and I fit that criteria but it isn't working...
I have logged in multiple times over the last week and I have 2032 moz points - something has changed or is off with the system.
Thanks for trying - hoping one of the Moz team might have the answer...

Hi Matt,
I found this "MozPoints earned in Q&A are calculated into the overall total. Only members who have logged in within the last 60 days and have 25 or more MozPoints will be shown."
Thanks

Unsolved How to concat moz.com
Hello,
Moz Pro | | GrzegorzZ
I wanted to contact moz.com. I started my 30 day trial to test service.
After 2-3 days totally forgot about it. I remembered about moz.com when i received invoice saying they're gonna charge me.
I immediately wrote email to them that I do not want this service. I forgot and only put credit card data because i was required to. And would like a refund since it was 2-3 hours after bill. Unfortunately sending messages via their contact form is not an option. There is no confirmation on my email they received message nor return message from them.0 -

My home page has an "A" rank in Moz and not ranking in Google.
My home page recently dropped from page one in Google to not being ranked for my top keyword. The page has an "A" ranking in MOZ for the keyword. Is there a way to find out the cause. I did have what looked like a duplicate page for a while 3 months ago when a domain was forwarding to my home page incorrectly. Appeared with second domain name instead of primary. Our business has been 95% through internet leads so quite an issue. Is there anyway to find out what is going on.

What's with measuring search rank?
Okay, here 6 different ways to measure search rank on Google U.S. and I get 6 different answers: Looking for search term "Lunch Bags" for the site Zappos (just a random example - no connection to me). SEOMOZ RankTracker - #49 SEOCentro - #36 http://www.seocentro.com/tools/search-engines/keyword-position.html ZendProxy.com - #21 (an anonymizer proxy) anonymouse.org - no rank (another anonymizer) Mikes Marketing Tools - no rank http://www.mikes-marketing-tools.com/ranking-reports/ RankingCheck.com - #38 Can you duplicate a similar variation? What gives? Which if any of these would you rely on? Thanks... Darcy

Seo Moz for Clients
One thing I recently pondered following the introduction of logos on reports bringing that level of personalisation for the customers is ... would it be somehow possible to take it a step further and have a login on your own personal site that could somehow enable clients to download and look at the information as and when they wanted. An almost mini sep moz for clients where customers login through your own site ?

Moz Toolbar Analyzer - Links
On the moz toolbar there is an Analyze tool. The third tab is for viewing Page Attributes. That page contains a section called On Page Links. I can see the External Link count, but I need to drill down further to look at these external links. I have viewed a page and don't see the external links this tool is seeing. I have searched the page, the source code, and used other tools on the page. The numbers don't match up. Is there a tool which lists all the external links on a given page?
