Hi to all,

If we delete a post from a blog then rewrite it with more content will google consider it duplicate content or should we add 301 redirect?

I would not delete. I would not redirect. I would publish the improved post on the original URL.

Don't disrupt your assets.

We are always improving our content. Doing a major rewrite of a couple articles per week now and will not finish for a couple years. All of this stays on the same URL.

Masonman,

You should not delete the post. 301 redirect it to the new content. This way you will maintain link juice and any traffic receive to the old content will then be directed to the new.

How to handle broken images on an old site post migration?

I am working with a client who migrated their site prior to starting their SEO work with us. In a crawl of broken backlinks, I found some old image files with links. Ideally, I would like to redirect to an appropriate image, but I have no way of knowing what the image was because the page it was on is now dead. Does anyone have a way to identify and handle broken image files from a site that has already been migrated?

Good to Internal Link from Old Blog Posts?

I am working on a site which has good amount of content pages & blogposts. All blog posts & content pages have been indexed in google already since a long time. Will this be a good practice if I internally link to new pages from old pages or a few important pages from those old indexed content pages?

Guest Posting Campaign For New Site

Hi looking at doing a large guest post campaign for a new site (no authority) of mine. In total the plan is to distribute 50 high quality articles to other blogs in the same vertical. The goal is to kick start my link building campaign doing this. Help with Best Content Posting Approach - WordPress site

I have a word document that i would like to add to my wordpress site as a page. The document has a large detailed flow chart of a complex legal process. (about 20+ boxes in the flow chart).
