Hey there! Sorry about the trouble with the MozBar.
We do here reports on this from time to time from our users, but usually it resolves fairly quickly.
If it's not resolving please check that you're not blocking third party cookies from your browser. Here is a guide to checking this at your end https://moz.com/help/guides/research-tools/mozbar#more-help
Once you've checked you're allowing third party cookies, please close the MozBar out completely, and then your browser out completely and then re-launch.
Then activate MozBar and try clicking on the blue "Log in" link a few times. Each time a new tab opens and the log in should register after a few clicks.
Let me know if this helps at all! If you're still stuck I'll send over some more troubleshooting suggestions.

Hey Tawny,
Thank you for the update!
I'm still having some trouble with Mozbar though. Most of the time, it shows no data at all for neither of the search results and sometimes it deactivates itself so that i have to click on it every time I open a new tab. Just wanted to let you know, I'm sure it'll be back in full power soon.
Cheers!

Hey there! Tawny from Moz's Help Team here.
So sorry about that! We actually just discovered that this was an issue after the holiday break — thanks for letting us know! We've alerted the engineers who work on the MozBar that it's gone missing from the Chrome Store, and they're investigating now.
You can follow along for updates on our Health Page, here: https://health.moz.com/
So sorry for the inconvenience in the meantime! If you have more questions, feel free to let us know at help@moz.com.

Hi,
Sorry, no good news. I checked from here (South America). It is not working for download. Although if you have an old installation, it is working smoothly. I think, due to the holiday, you will have to wait till tomorrow.
If you need to verify something urgently I can do it for you.

MozBar: Page Title (and other data) inconsistent with HTML
In using the MozBar Chrome extension, I have noticed that the data about a page that MozBar displays is sometimes inconsistent with the "head" tag in the HTML of the page. Am I misunderstanding where MozBar is getting the data it is displaying? Other SEO extensions like "META SEO inspector"do not display these inconsistencies. EupH5sG

How to change the search profiles in the new mozbar
Hi, I want to change the search profiles in the new mozbar, but clicking the + Add new profile does nothing. Is this a browser issue? I'm using chrome Version 35.0.1916.114 m Any light on this would be great because there's no point in me checking US results because my site is only geared towards UK customers, being a mortgage broker we can't target other countries except to cater for expats. Thanks, Amelia xx

Mozbar - SERP Control Panel - Export to CSV - Update
Hi I asked a question on 22nd Sep about Mozbar: "I have been exporting SERP results using the Mozbar, but I don't get PA and DA data even though this is shown in the SERP overlay. The data is shown in excel as being 'undefined'. Anyone else having this problem?" I was told that this was a known issue and a fix would be available within 2 weeks. Is there any update on when this update is likely? Thanks again for your assistance. Neil
