Reworked the keyword strategy - affect on reports
-
Hello,
We're ditching our current keyword strategy and starting over. The reports have been running for about 3 months though.
Will our ranking reports factor in those keywords that have been removed? We really only want to see where are campaign is from the new starting point.
Or, do I just need to narrow the time frame on my reports.
Any advice is appreciated!
Thanks!

Hey there!
Sam from Moz's Help Team here!
Which Rankings reports were you referring to? If you mean the weekly rankings reports, those from this point on will only include your current keywords - not the ones you've removed.
If you're asking about Custom Reports, you'll just want to head into your Custom Report and check that the timeframe for the rankings module has been adjusted to exclude those recently removed keywords. For instance, set the timeframe to 'Last week'. If you leave it at 'Last month' (or something of the sort) for now, you'll still have results for the older keywords until a full month has passed and your campaign has been running for a new month only including the newer keywords.
I hope this helps to clarify! If not or if you have any other questions feel free to ask away - if you'd like us to take a look at any campaigns specifically, please do pop a message over to help@moz.com:).

Unsolved Did Moz Bar change to have no Keyword capabilities?
I'm trying to use it during SEO training over here and the KW button goes to a "Get Page Optimization Score with MozBar Premium - Try Free", with a link that takes you to: https://hsinfo.moz.com/mozpro/mozbar/lander?utm_medium=cpc&utm_source=google&utm_campaign=Brand | NA&utm_adgroup=Brand - MozBar&utm_term=mozbar&gclid=CjwKCAjwxOCRBhA8EiwA0X8hi4Tx1YaOVwzWZaCGmzmYdBO4JEON8YlRMw52stp2AyfEBbH4uWDnARoCum0QAvD_BwE? Didn't this used to accept keywords and allow keyword checking? My training materials have the KW button behaving like this: [1] Do Keyword Research in MozBar.
Moz Bar | | EricaJorgensen
1. Click the icon with KW and a magnifying glass.
2. Enter a term related to your subject. For example, "cyber security".
There is a section telling you the keyword score, the relevancy to your page, and giving you optimizations that you can make to the page regarding this term.... Thus, I feel sure KW had useful and free features and not a button for a trial and paid Moz Bar Premium account. What is the pricing for this feature now? Or am I missing something? Thanks,

How non-US Moz customers will use Keyword Explorer after the Keyword Difficulty tool is retired?
The new Moz Keyword Explorer looks good but its search volume is US based and completely useless for non-US websites. This is from Rand's post: "while the tool can search any Google domain in any country, the volume numbers will always be for US-volume. In the future, we hope to add volume data for other geos as well." In the Keyword Difficulty tool, Moz shows Google search volume data, which is similar to what I see in the Google Keyword Planner and Google Search Console. For example, keyword X in the Australian search market has 6-7k searches in the Google Keyword Planner and 8k searches in Moz. The very same keyword has 118k-300k search volume in the new Keyword Explorer! Obviously this new search volume is not useful in the Australian market. I often used the Keyword Difficulty tool to identify new keyword opportunities but what can I do to complete the same tasks after they retire the tool?

Dashboard module in Custom report
Hello Earth I'm putting a custom report together for higher management and have added the dashboard module as a good starting point. However, all I want from it is the overall visit & visit break down and the domain authority data, all the 'Mentions Found' 'On Page Wins' 'Ranking Highlights' info is just making the report over long and less to the point. Is there anyway of taking some of the dashboard into the report instead of the whole kaboodle? Or is there another module that will give me total visits not just organic? Many Thanks in advance Chris
