PayPal Billing issue

we’re trying to pay for the Friday Webinar on advanced auditing, but typically PayPal uses the balance when you click “Pay” , which we DONT want. We want to use a credit card. When you click on “change” on paypal you typically are offered the credit cards you have on file, but this version only gives you the option of putting in a new credit card instead of serving up the cards that are already on file with PayPal. When we try to add a new card it tells us that that card is already linked to a paypal account (which would be the same one we are using). How do we pay with our credit card?

I'm so sorry you're having to deal with that. Very frustrating.
The PayPal transaction can be a little tricky, as you mention, on account of the association between emails + card numbers. Because it is occurring within PayPal's database itself (paying against a balance, using different cards for the same email, etc) we are provided very little visibility into the transaction itself.
I know that isn't helpful but here are the two options I'd suggest (in order of ease):
- If you want to use a different card ... try using a different email when registering and paying
- If you want to use the same card, I would contact PayPal support. They can get it all sorted out.

Other tools like ahref and smallseotools show different backlinks compared to MOZ for our website (www.unitedopt.com) ahref shows up 18,550 backlinks. Here I attached a screenshot of ahref.

How to remove staging Urls from being shown in MOZ as critical crawler issues?
Hi MOZs, A few months ago we were updating our website and used a staging site to do so. Soon after we realized that it was indexed by G and shown in Search so we removed it to be indexed. The staging site has since not been visible in search except for 2 links that I just found out about today. My question is how to remove the staging site URLs being shown in MOZ as crawl issues or remove completely? I want to do this because the digital reports are connected to MOZ and it shows there are currently more than 400x 4xx errors which are all because of the staging URLs. I already marked to ignore the issues but they are still showing in. Any help would be much appreciated! Thanks

MOZ is having a redirect loop issue?
Hey guys, Is anyone else having an issue with this? I leave MOZ analytics open all day and it times out after a while. When you refresh your page when it has timed out, it goes into a redirect loop. It also doesnt let you log back in before you first log out (even though your session has already timed out). Not the greatest UX and I thought I should see if anyone else is having the same issue. Let me know your thoughts!

Adding 2nd billing email address not working
Hello, I'd like to add a second email address for billing, when I click the 'click to add' address button I am given a pop-up and can enter the address. But, when I click submit the page does nothing. Anyone else had this problem? Any way around it? I don't want to change my main log-in details. Thanks,
