Moz Local Not Showing My Domain as Listed in Google My Business

I have subscribed to MOZ Local and it is not showing my domain as listed in Google My Business even though when I Google my business it appears in Google on the right. Is MOZ Local experiencing a bug?

Thanks for contacting us!

Moz Local's validation system still uses Google Maps, not GMB directly. Each location must be verified in Google Maps for Moz Local validate the NAP details.

We have followed the guidance of [Google EEAT] and Google’s Webmaster Guidelines. However, our [Cardiff SEO company] has moved back substantially in the SERPs; the links and content marketing are good, yet we substantially back on Google’s SERPS by over 30 places and we have no clue why. Business not being found via Moz Local on Facebook

My place of business, Widewail in Burlington, VT, is not being scanned by Moz Local, even though we have an active Facebook business page with our Name, Address, and Phone number listed (URL, too). Moz Local and Apple Maps: How does the listing update work?

Hello, how are apple maps updated via Moz Local? We have a client who changed their business name within the last six months. We noticed one of the few items that has not changed to date within their Moz dashboard is the name of the business on Apple Maps. In the Accuracy grid, the only item not checked within the Apple Maps column is the business name. Does anyone know how this process works within the Moz Local portal? Is there something we can do to advance the name change on our end? Thank you.

If I "close" a duplicate listing on Factual, Acxiom, SuperPages, Bing or Localeze, what exactly happens?

When I click "close" for a duplicate location with wrong information, does it mark that location as PERMANENTLY CLOSED on the website (factual, acxiom, etc), or does it delete it from that website? Additionally, once that location on that site is marked as permanently closed or deleted, does Moz Local then re-add the correct information to that site? Thanks!!!

Linking Google Business Page to Moz Local?

I'm working on updating an existing Moz Local account, and one of the listings says that there is "No listing found on Google." However, there is a Google Business page for this listing, it just isn't linked to my account. And the only option Moz gives me is to "create listing" on Google, which takes me to the page to create a Google business listing. So my question is this: how do I link an existing Google Business page to a Moz local listing that is already mostly set up?

Moz Local - "Not Submitted"

After a successful CSV submission to Moz Local, the only one that isn't submitted is Acxiom. It says "not submitted, not updated". Why is this? Will it just take more time? Is there an issue and if so, how can I rectify it? Thank you.
