Hi, for my brand Knowledge Graph is ranking for Brand+Location keyword, but not for Brand name.

Do anyone know why?

Unusual Google+ Local listing ranking well

If you search for locksmith Phoenix, this Google+ page is ranked #3 in the local results: https://plus.google.com/117543374216451236579/about?hl=en The phone number is a VOIP number, they don't appear to have many/any citations, no reviews, etc. They've listed the Yelp search results page as their website. Strange. How are they ranking so well? Is Google ranking them well because it's associating them with Yelp.com? Any thoughts?

Switching from ranked PDF to normal page ...

Hi folks, I have a project which is ranking well for specific product-keywords. The problem is, that the ranking pages are PDF files of those products (datasheets). But i do have a normal (html) pages for each product as well. Each of these pages has grade a for the specific keyword and is well crawled, etc. How can I urge Google to "switch" from these PDF files to the specific html pages. I was trying this by testing it robots.txt to disallow to index the PDF file (I tested it with one for first). I would add rel=nofollow to the link to the PDF on the specifi product html page (?) ... Any ideas? Seb

Do on-page video transcripts dilute keyword targeting?

We're considering putting video transcripts in collapsable div tags or using jquery on our actual video page. Videos range from 3 minutes to 12 minutes. For some of the longer videos, is there a chance that having the transcript on-page will dilute the value of our targeted keywords? Or is it the opposite? We just want to make sure we're properly optimizing for SEO/search visibility and not over-optimizing for the sake of it.

Google+ Business Page Location Problem

I run a business in the St. Louis area. Oddly, St. Louis is broken up into more than 100 municipalities. Google keeps listing my plus page by the small municipality I am in within St. Louis, which limits my ability to show up in the St. Louis local search results. However, other businesses in town are being listed under St. Louis instead of their municipality. Any ideas on how to change this? When I go in and try to change it myself, it just stays the same. Local SEO, hard time ranking a keyword

Hello. Im working with beauty salon client, i do rank them for top services, but there a term that i can't rank for, my page it optimized for this keywords (url,h1,h2) i have this keyword in Google places, as a category, and in description. i have build many citations with this term, BUT still cant rank it. If anyone can help me on that, ill be really appreciated, as i'm still learning this. Thanks You!

Am I at risk of keyword stuffing in a portfolio?

I'm updating our company portfolio. All said and done I will have ~300 photos in the gallery on page load that are filtered depending on user clicks. Because of the nature of our work my main keywords are going to get repeated a lot throughout the file names and alts. The titles/captions will have wording more appropriate to the user, but I can't avoid a lot of these keyword combos. Do you think I'll take a hit for something like this? Or will it work in my favor?
