Facebook Integration and Keyword Density

Hope everyone is doing well! Long story short, we have been getting a lot of customer testimonials. We started putting them on Facebook and then we decided to start adding more details into the articles section of the site. The problem is many of our customers do not go to the articles section or the FB page.
We purchased a plugin to integrate most recent Facebook posts into our website. We were going to use it on our homepage as well as our top category pages. I always run content changes through the MOZ scoring utility. After integration into the home page it dropped my score from a 99 to a 91. The first issue is consistent.... to many links... the second issue we got Rand's WTH are you doing face with a warning that we are stuffing keywords.... Not our intent, but the FB posts do have keywords in them.
So for now we are testing the integration on just our garage floor tile category page but I am wondering the following:
1. In general does this type of utility improve UX
2. Does Google make some concession for 'keyword stuffing' when it is because of social media posts being displayed on the page?
3. Given that we post daily, does the 'fresh content' outweigh the increased keyword density.
We are ranking top 10 for several major national keywords and we don't want to screw that up. But we want to continue to improve our layout and UX

We integrated social media icons into our website within the header of the website and the footer.
This allowed us to obtain many more social media followers.
Since doing this to our garden room in Bristol has a lot more followers on our Facebook and on our business YouTube account.

The links are an issue either way. We are going to be over 100 no matter what.
The issue is the additional keywords in the posts

Hey Moz Community, I've been reading some articles that Facebook no longer likes if Business Pages run contests on their Pages. I was thinking about doing something super simple with a "Like, Comment, and Share" type of an entry. Does anyone know if this is still allowed - I can't seem to find a concrete answer. Even the guidelines for Facebook seem a bit vague. Getting more fans on Facebook
Does anyone have any tips or experience on how they increased their Facebook fan base? I work in the oil/fuel industry and getting people to like your Facebook page is quite difficult because our customers are mostly middle-aged men, who if statistics are to be believed aren't the most active on social media anyway. I've been doing regular posts for the past couple of weeks, liking other pages and joining conversations but don't seem to be getting any increase in followers. Does anyone have any advice, ideas or examples of what you did that worked? Thanks

Facebook Shares/Likes: Does the users location matter for location specific keywords?
Hi, Basically if I was going after a location specific keyword, so lets say 'dry cleaners london' would Facebook likes/shares from users' who's location settings in Facebook are set to London work better then say someone in a different country or does it hold the same weight social signals wise?

SEO with facebook and twitter
Hi all, It's become more apparent to us all going forward after the panda update that social signals are becoming more and more important in regards to SERPS. Our website is www.capitalalist.com and is gaining a decent amount of traffic from Twitter. www.capitalalist.com/twitter and we have managed to work out what works for us on twitter and what doesnt allowing us to interact with our followers more and more. The problem is facebook. Direct marketing doesn't work here. Our page is www.facebook.com/capitalalist but we are struggling to get any traffic or interaction with our friends. Are Facebook page updates indexed in Google search?
I seem to remember an update where Google said it was going to include Facebook page updates into Google search, but perhaps that was a deal that fell through? If updates ARE appearing in Gooogle search, how do I troubleshoot a Facebook page where they are not?
