I have clients that are really pushing us for snippets ie for reviews and articles. any luck with any Snippet plugins for WordPress I was looking a schema pro. In addition are you seeing it helpful in SEO organic efforts?

IMG TITLE no longer used in Wordpress?

Err, when did this happen? Although you can still enter a Title in the WP image library, when inserting into a post the Title tag is not implemented. Alt text is there OK but not Title. There was a plugin around that restored this basic seo functionality but it's no longer available. I mean - honestly!

Rich Snippets appear differently for Wikipedia, Why?

Hi All, I've been doing a bit of research for a customer and whilst I was looking through the google results pages I came across this interesting rich snippet for a Wikipedia page (see screen shot attached). Its returned some extra information i.e Owner, Water Source, Number of Stills and Capacity. Is this just Google playing around or is this something I've missed and you can markup additional information for your rich snippet? Thanks in advance Jon 4TmGvJh.png

Review rich snippet with reviews hosted on customer feedback company's website?

Is it possible to enable rich snippets for reviews that are not visible on the page in question? A restaurant's Wordpress website mentions the average rating but the actual customer feedback and reviews are displayed on a page on the website of the feedback company. Would it be enough to implement a small widget (displays star rating, number of reviews and links to the review page) and add microdata/J-SON to convince search engines that the reviews are legit? Wordpress GD Star Rating Not Showing In SERPS

I've installed the GD Star Rating plugin on my site for example this page: http://www.top-10-dating-reviews.com/up-for-it/ (this links to an adult site) and have tested it with the rich snippet testing tool and the results show the stars as I want them. However in search results google is not displaying the stars? Has anyone come across this before? When I check webmaster tools structured data it is finding 1 type on 15 pages. I have two types, star ratings and google authorship so it appears google is not picking up on the star ratings in webmaster tools but it works on the rich snippet testing tool? Very confusing! Any help much appreciated!

H1 tags in WordPress - could someone clarify this please?

Hey there. I am building a site and am confused by the whole H1 tag thing in WordPress, perhaps someone could clarify please? When I generate a new page or post I of course enter the page or 'post title' which generates following HTML code class="title">Used Containers So I was thinking, ok great now I have a H1 tag! Great...But no, according to the Yoast plugin (which uses a company called Linkdex for it's on page analysis) I don't have my keyword 'Used Containers' in any of my headings. I then experimented by adding another H1 heading of 'Used Containers' in my WordPress page copy area and saw that it shows up written in my page source as Used Containers (so without the class="title"> bit in my first H1). Could anyone be kind enough to explain: The difference between the two and any known impact on SEO. What is the proper way of optimizing H1 tags in WordPress? Thanks so much!
