You can disavow the high spam score sites, which are already acting to your site.

To check the Spam Score, you'll just want to head to Link Explorer and plug in the URL there, then navigate to the Spam Score tab on the left. https://analytics.moz.com/pro/link-explorer/home

I’d like to set up a Moz campaign that crawls just the primary website, not subdomains

Is this something you could help with? (it either bombs or crawls everything, so I assume I’m missing something in the campaign settings, or it’s just not possible.

Moz unable to crawl my Zenfolio website

Hey guys, I am attempting to optimize a website for my wife's business but Moz is unable to crawl it. Zenfolio is the web hosting service (she is a photographer). The error message is: **Moz was unable to crawl your site on Apr 1, 2019. **Our crawler was not able to access the robots.txt file on your site. This often occurs because of a server error from the robots.txt. Although this may have been caused by a temporary outage, we recommend making sure your robots.txt file is accessible and that your network and server are working correctly. Typically errors like this should be investigated and fixed by the site webmaster. Read our troubleshooting guide. I did read the troubleshooting guide but nothing worked. My robots.txt file disallows a few bots, but not roger bot. Anyone have any idea what is going on? Or do I need to request server logs from Zenfolio? Thanks

Moz can't crawl my site.

Moz cannot carry out the site crawl on my online shop. Not really sure what the issue is, it has no problem getting onto my site when you use www. before the address, but it needs to be able to access bluerinsevintage.co.uk Stuck as what to do, we are a shopify store. Anyone else had this problem, or know what i need to change so they can crawl the site? thjis is the page they are getting when trying to get on bluerinsevintage.co.uk but if they use www.bluerinsevintage.co.uk the site comes up. Tools or guide to upgrade the Ranking of my website

Hi everybody, I'm new on SEO Moz and we don't realy know where I need to start to optimized the SEO of my client When i go in the On-Page Optimization section of my SEO Moz account in my campaign, i have a lot of page with a Rank of #1 but with a Grade of F. Why it's our page who are first and it's not another page? Why I have a F grade but i'm first? We don't know where to start when we want to increase the SEO of a page from a client. Where I can find a tools, a guide or a checklist that explain what i need to do to increase the ranking? Can someone help me please? Thank you

The option to change the URL is grayed out. Is there a way to do this or do I have to create a whole new campaign?

Is analytics data kept after PRO account is discontinued? And/or can we step back up later again, and acces it?

When we discontinue our PRO account, will we be able to step back up with the same account later? If so, is there any data of the intermediate months? And can we still access old data from during our PRO account from the free account?
