Very well designed and optimized website. And I think you should work on Speeding up your website a little. I am using rocket wp plugin for my website Sortscut and it works like a charm. However I am still confused with some other SEO stuffs.

Hi, it looks clean, although there is a lot of text TLDR. SO maybe consider having clear to the point messages and they can link to a detailed page with a deeper understanding.
Also, make sure things are aligned. For example the footer. It's a trust factor.

I like the organization and the content all on the first page. Right off bat, it shows a lot and it is easy to manoeuvre.

How much dev knowledge as an seo do I need to know in order to make small changes on websites?
Hi mozzers I am considering learning some dev just to be able to make minor changes on websites. I love seo but will never want to be a programmer. I get sometimes frustrated that I have to request my dev colleague to make minor changes such as adding a small piece of codes to a website for verification purposes or adding rich snippet or modifying the ga code to get more out of it. I know some HTML and understands the core elements and attributes. My first question would be: what should I learn without learning A-Z of programming? My guess would be some php and? My second question: based on your answer where can I learn about these programs? Any interactive learning services such as team treehouse ? Any online courses? Thanks!

301 Redirect ( How does the Html Code look ) Is there plugins for Joomla
Hey guys, It is my first attempt to actually code a site and do a 301 redirect for client of mine and i am seeking help on how to code the HTML code is suppose to look and what the process is . Questions: Lets say i have an existing page. ( obviously i am guessing for the homepage i dont need a 301 ). ie: www.testsite.com/category and i need to move it to www.testsite/category2. Do i need to keep both pages live on the site and redirect the traffic from old to new. ( and is this permanent and for how long do i need to keep the old page up ) Two what does the coding for the 301 redirect look like ? Do you guys have a sample article explaining in detail what its suppose to look like and what i am suppose to write . ( sorry i am not a coder ) I am using joomla is there a plug in for this? and i have heard everyone say use the HTACCESS file . Difficult Boss: Does anyone know of a SEO quick reference?
I am dealing with a boss who does not understand all the aspects of SEO and its value. He thinks if I just plaster keywords on a page, we'll rank. He thinks I'm wasting my time blogging, link-building, ect. I'm wondering if anyone knows of an article or blog post that has been published that BRIEFLY explains the value of these things. What I am looking for is NOT an article about the basics of SEO. I don't need something that is written for a beginner SEO just starting out who wants to learn how to do it. I need something that is written for a business owner who isn't technically-minded, so he can understand why and how each aspects helps rankings. Does any such reference exist?

Does anyone know if there are UK SEOMoz training courses I can attend?
I'd really like to find a one-day course where I could have it all explained and all my questions answered. I've been using SEOMoz for a month or so but I have many unanswered questions and feel that the user guide doesn't explain things, it just tells you what you can do, but not necessarily why.
