I forgot to cancel my 30 days trial and I have never used it and I do not intend to use it.
I just got an email from your side about charging 179 USD just realized after 20 hours.

Refund From MOZ for Cancelled Account-How To Get Refund, Phone Number for MOZ Corporate Office?
I have written MOZ several times requesting account cancellation procedures but they don't seem interested in responding. I pre-paid my account in October 2019, paying for one year until October 2020. I would like to cancel my account and get a refund of the pro-rated unused amount. After not getting a response, I searched for a corporate phone number for MOZ. No phone number can be found. I am somewhat concerned as legitimate companies have phone numbers. Can someone advise me as to how to get my refund? Also, I subscribe to MOZ local. I need to know of canceling MOZ pro will inadvertently cancel MOZ local. Thanks,

Unauthorised charge after free trial
Hi I would like to ask why was my card Charge when i didnt opt in to go to moz pro after the 30 day trial. I tried your service after a few days and didnt check again. Then today i i noticed theres a charge on my card for moz pro $179? This is the last email i received about my trial ending and i i didnt subscribe to moz pro.

FREE Trial Upgrade
I started a FREE 30 day trial and it expires in 3 days. I like the product and want to go ahead and start paying for it. I want the $149 per month level but when I hit the upgrade button it says that I have to pay $267.09! How does a $149 program come out to $267.09????

Trial ended, card charged, but campaign data is gone!
I activated a free trial of Moz about a month ago. On the 17th, it tried to charge my credit card and failed. It tried again on the 19th and succeeded. My account is now active and at the subscriber level. However, my campaign data is gone! I re-activated the campaign in Pro as instructed, but the data is from back in March. There should be data from the past month. I tried to re-activate the campaign in the new Analytics, but it won't do anything. I press the Activate button, and nothing happens. I was hoping to use Moz and get some work done today, but now I am unable to. I was under the impression that, once payment went through, I would be able to access all of my current Campaign data. Instead, the data I'm seeing is only available through Pro, not the new Analytics. Also, the data is from back in March, not recent data. How can I regain access to my recent Analytics Crawl and other data?
