What is the best way to leverage ABC, CBS, or NBC?

My client has been interviewed by one of the top 3 networks and the interview will appear on the evening news.
My immediate task list:
- Social media including YouTube
- have the interview on the home page
- construct a Press Release
- try to gain a link from the network using a personal contact
- link build using the interview (good opportunity for higher authority sites)
If you were in my shoes, how would you best leverage this unique opportunity?

This coverage could bring a lot of visitors to client's website. I would encourage client to have lots of additional information there that is easy to understand, easy to print and very easy to share via social media.

You have a decent list to start with and here are a couple of suggestions: If the client is national, all the networks have a website. Contact the interviewer and see if they can bet you a link there as you have stated and if local business or one with locations in varying venues, contact the affiliate stations seeking info for linking to them and,,,,,making sure they have yours as well.
If you have a customer list, now is a great time to get the link out via an email that comes back to your YouTube feed on the site.
Do you blog? Does the client blog? Get it out there.
If it is in professional services, offer it to varying sites within the discipline: for example physicians and the interview is about a new treatment modality - American Cancer Society, etc. AMA organ, Journal of Pulmonary Medicine, etc.

Best way to optimize a real estate subdivision video
Hi All, My thoughts on the best way to do this would be to create a video of a subdivision but walking through it, and speaking on the high points of the subdivision, maybe in a condo subdivision where the floor plans are very similar, I would take a tour of the floor plan (probably needs to be a separate video wouldn't you think?). Does google pick up on my voice and can tell what I am saying? So if I were to speak a good bit on the subdivision and what it entails, it's amenities, etc, Google would know it's a relevant video? Best Facebook content to share?
What is the best kinds of things to share on Facebook pages? I read conflicting results on the matter. In my experience memes and funny pictures get the best results. Next is creative art or user generated things. Videos and links to my site, even when they are funny or high quality pieces, get almost no interaction. Videos will basically get ignored and sent out to very few people.

Facebooking and Liking - Whis is best SEO practice for Rankings
Hi everyone! , i am a rookie with SEO. I have a very specific question for which i would love to hear your opinions on this. I have a facebook fan page about my company. We try to post quality stuff in regard to the industry we are in. However, we are social people, and i have seen improvements whenever we post more "social" topics such as TGIF, Photos, DIY themes. My question is (Actually two questions) : Is there a direct correlation or metric between rankings and "likes", the size of your facebook community ? If so, which has more power or effect on rankings. Facebook Likes generated from your website , or General Likes of posts within your existing community. Hope to hear from ya! Do facebook shares pass share juice the same way links pass link juice?
If i have a page on my domain say PAGE-A and let's say it's located at: http://www.mydomain.com/something/page-a and this page has quite a lot of page authority from many many inbound links. It is my understanding that if i "sculpt" the internal links on PAGE-A to point at only my primary targets, let's call the PAGE-B, PAGE-C, and PAGE-D; then those pages would gain some benefit from this link juice flowing through. Consider a similar situation where i have a page, say PAGE-F located at: http://www.mydomain.com/anotherpage/page-F and page-F gets 150 facebook shares. would the links on page-F pass this benefit on in any way? Or is only the direct target of the facebook share gaining benefit from this facebook sharing? Furthermore, lets consider a scenario where there are 30 or 40 similar pages like PAGE-F all with links out to my primary targets. Would these primary targets gain anything as these 30 or 40 pages gained facebook shares? Repeat above question, replace 'facebook' with 'twitter'. repeat again for 'google+' ?
