Anyone else have trouble with Open Site Explorer

Ever since the new Open Site Explorer came out, I've haven't been able to use the download feature. It just gives me a prompt saying "No Data Received."
Anyone else have trouble with OSE, or been able to get past this issue?

I'll try that; in the meantime, I've been using Yahoo to find links.

Think most are having issues. One thing to note is that when you switch from the tool bar to explore links, etc and click on OSE, the search field populates using 2%F in place of any /
If you take that out and put / in, all is well. The ability to use the tool bar for links is spotty at best.
I did report a while back and have assumed the updates along with the server issue was pushing the limits. I am sure it will get taken care of.

The best thing to do would be to email the SEOmoz Help Team direct so that they can take a look at the issue. The email is help [at] seomoz.org
Make sure that you give them as much information as possible, including the username that you log in with and the specific OSE search that you are trying to retrieve a report for.

Can anyone offer an example of a site or page that gets 100% or even close to that on Search Visibility?
I have a couple of sites that I manage that kill it in the SERPs and yet they get a low search visibility score from Moz Pro, I am talking 18%-19%, and another that ranks well has a search visibility score of 8.71%. I know there are factors that go into calculating the score, I am just curious if anyone is really up there.

Inherited a site - no progress being made, no authority?
Hi all, would really appreciate some input on this one. I've been given the task of optimising a website which was built by another company. It's a Wordpress site using Jigoshop. It wasn't in the best of states, and I don't claim that it is now, though we've done quite a bit of work on it. However, after months of work on it, I feel it's not going anywhere. Naturally my customer wants to see results, and they're not getting much. I've submitted the website to a couple of highly regarded directories, and I believe it's listed on some speciality directories (Asian clothing directories). I've also started them on the task of blogging, and I'm trying to get them involved with guest blogging. There's a DA of 1, OSE reports No Data Available for this URL. The Competitive Domain Analysis shows no links at all. I could understand if I started the campaign last week, but we got going in around January this year. One thing that's crossed my mind is that it's quite a slow-loading website. It's with GoDaddy on some cheap hosting plan (not my doing!!). I understand loading times can affect results - could this be the case? It's a bit disheartening really, because we've had really good success with a lot of local businesses' websites but with this one we just can't seem to get it anywhere! 😞 If anyone could shine a bit of light I'd really appreciate it. Why does site explorer keep crashing?
For around the last 24 hours, every time I run site explorer it gets to just over a quarter of the way through and then just stops. I've tried this with different sites and it makes no difference. Although this is the first time I've had this problem (I don't use the tool regularly myself) one of my colleagues says it often happens to her. Is this a problem SEOmoz can explain and/or fix?
