Hi,
In case of self linking link juice won't spread, I mean If URL is same how link juice will spread?
Thanks
Hi,
No. First you have to understand what is internal linking.
An internal link connects one page of a website to a different page on the same website to spread link juice. In an internal link, the source domain and target domain are the same. - In your case both pages are same so your move contradicting even definition of Internal linking. It won't help to improve ranking.
Thanks
Fully agree with Matt-POP.
I would like to quote Google on this .
"We only show sitelinks for results when we think they'll be useful to the user. If the structure of your site doesn't allow our algorithms to find good sitelinks, or we don't think that the sitelinks for your site are relevant for the user's query, we won't show them."
"At the moment, sitelinks are automated. We're always working to improve our sitelinks algorithms, and we may incorporate webmaster input in the future. There are best practices you can follow, however, to improve the quality of your sitelinks. For example, for your site's internal links, make sure you use anchor text and alt
text that's informative, compact, and avoids repetition.
Thanks
Hi,
No IMO Its absolutely fine you can target different keywords on different pages .That is not called Over Optimization. Please feel free to ask if you have any follow up question.
Thanks
Hi,
You can give PDF links along with content so if any user want to download they can download PDF.
e.g Please see at the bottom of below link

Thanks
Hi,
In your website meta tag is creating dynamically by searching in website search box. I am sorry to say that but its terrible because when I opened first url mentioned in question showing Nokia lumia mobile phones on searching 'sharp split AC 1.5 ton' .It means your website product search also not working.
I have searched 'Buckingham Palace' and please do check the meta title.
http://www.gobol.in/catalogsearch/result/?q=Buckingham+Palace&category=&x=16&y=9
'Buy Buckingham Palace Online: Browse Best Buckingham Palace Results: Gobol Electronics India'
Second thing I don't understand what is the use of creating dynamic meta tag on users search query .Does it help in SEO? I don't think so.
First you have to stop creating dynamic meta tags on search query otherwise you will get endless such error.
Thanks
Hi,
IMO you should use Brand name either at the starting of meta title or at the last.
e.g Primary Keyword - Secondary keyword | Brand Name (I prefer this one)
or Brand Name - Primary Keyword | Secondary Keyword
you can also use Brand name once in meta description.
Thanks
Hi,
Use 301 redirect to pass the link authority to the new webpage. If you have any follow up question please post.I would also like to suggest you to wait for few more responses from eminent members of this community.
Thanks
Completely agree with Ryan.
Hi Sayeed,
It depends on what users search & visit to your website , If people search with roman numbers keep the roman numbers in title if people searches with English number use English number.
If you have sufficient data in GA you can check there or if your site is brand new search in various keyword search tool (like keyword planner) and check which version have more search volume .
Thanks
Hi,
I would like to share one article on this. I hope that helps you.

Hi Kingalan1,
In your case I would like to let you know few things about meta description.
It’s believed that meta descriptions do not have any SEO value, but they are tremendously helpful in pulling traffic to your website from search engine results pages (SERPs). The more original, unique and compelling the meta description, the more likely it will lead to a click-through.
My Comment - In your case it doesn't matter because its about building address.
Duplicate meta descriptions could result in a bad user experience. It may appear to prospective customers as if your web pages are duplicated even if you have unique titles and content for each page. This can result in a loss of visitors and reduce the ROI of your pages. If you’re incredibly unlucky, it could also diminish the returns on your website as a whole.
My Comment - In this case my answer would be the same
Last but not least I would like to share Matt Cutts Video - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W4gr88oHb-k

Hi,
From above example I can tell you very clearly that keyword with UK is less competitive that is why keywords with UK appearing on better position in comparison to other keywords even without doing any seo.
Second as you said that you are not doing any seo but I presume you could have use UK anywhere on webpage or define target country as UK in webmaster tools . If that is not the case your site is ranking for UK keywords because your domain is co.uk
Thanks
Hi,
Tracking cannot happen without analytics code. You can check it either by Tag assistant(suggested by Brenden) or you can open your website in any browser and after that click on 'Real time' link in Google Analytics.
Thanks
Hi,
As far as i know there are three types of keywords. The head, body & tail. I am trying to explain all three types very simply.
Head keywords - single word
Body keywords - 2-3 words phrases
Long tail keywords - 4+ word phrases
Thanks
Hi,
I think yes. I am quoting Google on exact issue.
"
Hi Daniela,
If your URL is not optimized for keyword than you should use url rewriting to have keywords in URL.
Thanks
Hi,
First you should follow what Hutch42 suggested above second I would like to clarify there is a reason behind why data discrepancy in Google Adwords & google anlytics. To know more please visit below URL a Googler explained very well in below article.
Thanks
Hi Vydex,
If I am not mistaken you are talking about QS(AdWords metric). As you mentioned the QS is low and bounce rate so first I would like to explain how to reduce bounce rate.
1>Check search term and if there are irrelevant search queries please add those search terms as negative keyword
2>Avoid broad match keywords (Use, exact, phrase & BMM).
In order to improve QS please follow all steps mentioned in below article
http://www.wordstream.com/keyword-quality-score
******Once you add a new keyword you are assigned a default QS based onother advertisers QS for the same keyword (in its_ exact match_ form). After about 1000 impressions or some time (which Google does not disclose, your KW performance "kicks in" (predominately the CTR) *****
Thanks
Hi,
I would like to suggest few ways to find the list of keyword currently used in your website.
1>Check view source of each page and see what keywords used in meta title, H1 tag & content. These are the very important place where people use keywords to optimize.
2>Second check in webmaster tools & analytics if your site is not brand new. In these two you will find by which keywords website getting traffic.
3>Use open site explorer (a moz tool). To use this tool for keyword ideas, enter website URL and go to the Anchor Text Distribution tab.
I hope above methods helps you.
Thanks
Fully agree with Ryan & eMarket Experts.
Hi,
I do following steps to target synonym keywords & keywords ranking improve for both keywords (synonym).
1>I do use both keywords in meta title {one keyword - second keyword |modifiers(e.g cheap, buy, best)}
2> I use one keyword that have more search volume in H1 tag.
3> Place both keywords in webpage content and I would suggest you to long webpage content (at least 500 words).
4>I use both keywords as anchor text for getting links and also append modifiers for anchor text variation.
What I have shared above it is my personal experience I hope it helps in your case as well but not very sure because I am not aware of keywords, webpage content , link building methods etc.
Thanks
Hi,
In Ideal case we should avoid to give dofollow outbound backlinks but Rand Fishkin himself suggest we should give few outbound links to authority website but those few links should be dofollow & if you use nofollow that means you are telling Google you don't trust the sites!.
In case 2 & 3 you should use nofollow to prevent flowing link equity to other sites.
Thanks
Hi,
IMO nofollow backlink would be better option.
Thanks

Hi Josh,
No absolutely not . We can use comma or pipes, dashes as a separator in meta title, description or heading but not underscore. You can also watch below video to know more.

Hi Miguel,
No It doesn't work like 301 when it comes to passing SEO authority. I wouldn't suggest you to use 303. I am sharing an old thread where Thomas Zickell did an experiment and explain very well on 303. To know more please visit below URL.

Hi Mat,
I don't think it is good idea to create three separate campaign for each match type. IMO best practice would be create separate Ad group for each match type in your case.
Second thing there is no use to create separate campaign/ Ad group for like +camo +rocket +acme +widget because I don't think modified broad match type having four words will give significant traffic. As far as I know modified broad match type shouldn't have more than three words.
As far as your current structure is concern technically there is no issue but practically you should create three separate ad group rather than three campaigns for each type.
*** You can add 'camo' as negative keyword in second campaign to remove the error "Your ad isn't being displayed for this keyword because there may be other ads within your account that are ranked higher and have similar keywords."
Hi,
I don't think so. The purpose of internal linking is to flow link juice so I don't think if you use url with parameters(& or ?) will help to improve ranking.
it is recommended that standard HTML links is good for internal linking.
You can also check moz guide for best practices
http://moz.com/learn/seo/internal-link
Thanks
Hi,
I am quoting you
"I currently have a dynamic site and it is my understanding that switching to a static site would be beneficial. "
My answer would be you can do url rewriting because our purpose to be have static URL e.g example.com/blue-widget not example.com&blue?widget
"I already have some 301's in place from when my site had a .php extension to the new extension now with ./?... etc"
I would not suggest that first of all I don't understand why do you want to redirect from.php to extension with parameters.
How many redirects are too many?
There is no limit but if you are doing chain redirect 2-3 max would be fine not more that that. To more info please watch Matt cutts video on this
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r1lVPrYoBkA#t=198
Thanks
