Do they have a sells team? Someone who talks to the customers? I would interview that individual to find out who they esteem to be the perfect customer. Ask them about the verbiage the clients use and the questions they have. If they have had a website long enough then you can dig through their site's traffic and analytics to find keywords that produce quality visitors. Longer visits, volume, etc. The bonus to this is that if they are already generating some traffic for those keywords then you should be able to boost those rankings.

RE: MozCon Registration - When can we register?
If you add your email they will notify you when it is open for registration
So far they are just giving us a "Save the Date: July 27-29".
But I agree ... Would be nice to get more info on it.

RE: What is a Class C Subnet and why should I care?
I feel that the IP of links is a fairly low ranking factor. But if all of your links were coming from the same IP then your site would be throwing up some red flags.

RE: Keyword Research for Real Estate Industry
My advice is find the higher converting less competitive terms. Individuals that are search for "Denver Highlands Neighborhood Homes for Sale" are further along in their buying decision than "Denver Homes for Sale". The shorter phrases are more often window shopping. The more detailed the phrase, the more likely they will enter the store and make a purchase. Plus, if you do it right, it is much harder to get knocked knock out by a competitor when you are the first to capitalize on a unique search. If you find some gold in "Denver Lofts for Sale" then try dominating that term.
