How many post a day should i post on my website to look natural ?
first website is 1-2 years old

There is no amount of posts / day that makes a website look natural. 1,000 per day looks as natural as 1 per month, given the content of a website that produces content at either of those respective intervals.
As Keri mentions in response to your other question about auto-posting: the key to great SEO results is well marketed, great content.

Internal Website Linking from Syndicated Blog Posts
Does it help, hurt, or do nothing for my website's SEO if I do internal linking from syndicated blog posts (on my blog) to my website pages? For example, a syndicated blog post on winterizing your house has instances of "homeowners insurance" linking to my webpage on homeowners insurance. Proper canonicalization is done as well.

To maximize SEO, would it be better to use a hyphen between two words in the name of a website? For instance, www.londonparis.com or www.london-paris.com. Would it be OK to use www.LondonParis.com Many thanks in advance, Ricardo
