Facebook Business Pages Cannot Be Opened If You Allready Have an account

I want to open a facebook business page for a client but i understand it has to be attached to my personal facebook account. This is a pain, one day I'll leave the digital game which then presents a problem for the next administrator, I mean i can hardly pass arounf my facebook user name & pasword.
Then to add to the conundrum i hear the fix is to regioster a business account sound good so far but then you cant do this if you have a personal account... err WTF!
So my question is what do socail media agencies do when they open facebook business pages, surely they are not ties to personal accounts?

For me it worked with Business account.
I have created an email for this purpose, went to an incognito page (Chrome) and made a page for my client. Then opened up the business account with the created email address.
I prefer to have a Business account for every Page that we administrate.
I hope it works for you also.

I set up a second 'personal' facebook account using a made up name, I registered the account to a new hotmail type email and shared the login details with everyone in the business.
I don't use the made up personal facebook I just use the business page.
It's worked for me so far

Do g+ Reviews From New Accounts Count?
We want to get some more reviews on g+ and we have clients who will to write them. The problem is that almost none of them have g+ accounts. While they are nice enough to create a profile, just to do a review for us, I'm wondering if that will even matter? Does anyone know how google handles reviews from scant profiles? My fear is that google will treat reviews from scant profiles like spam, even though they won't be. While I don't mind asking our clients to write us g+ reviews, I can't very well ask them to be active on g+ so google thinks they more credible. Is this fear legitimate? Content Marketing - what to post on their facebook page
Hello, I'm doing content marketing for an article that is helpful in our industry. When I'm building a relationship with a website, on Facebook I first like their page. Then, I'm liking and sharing a couple of recent posts that stand out and are related to our site. Should I read their recent blog posts and comment on their facebook page thanking them that what I read was helpful while posting a link to their blog post? Or should I post something else on their facebook page? Or should I not post on someone else's facebook page? Thanks.

Best strategy for Multilanguage Google+ Business Page(s) & rel publisher
Hello! I have many troubles defining a clear Google + strategy. Let's say I have one brand, say "reallycoolbarcelona" (because Barcelona is really cool!), 1 google place in Barcelona, and many websites with local ccTLD to promote the brand in different countries: reallycoolbarcelona.fr, reallycoolbarcelona.es, reallycoolbarcelona.co.uk, reallycoolbarcelona.it, reallycoolbarcelona.de. 1/ Now, how to handle that in Google+?

Does Twitter and Facebook feeds help SEO
For a new site, I want to feed in Twitter updates and Facebook posts onto the page. I regularly update these feeds. I'm using PHP to directly integrate with the two sites API and grab the data. Is this a good idea? Will it help SEO as its fresh content? Is it a good or bad idea to have a social media feed page on the site that grabs content from these sites?

site:facebook.com 7,350,000,000 results in Google ( When I login with gmail account) site:facebook.com 7,360,000,000 results in Google ( Without Login) Don't you you people think its quite big difference ? I want to know about extra 10,000,000 index pages ?

Whats the SEO value of getting Likes to your brand's Facebook Page (not your site's URLs being Liked)?
UPDATED: I meant to say SEO VALUE, not just business value Lets say I have a site - www.company.com, and I set up a Facebook Page - www.facebook.com/company. I understand the SEO value of having the domain www.company.com "Liked", using the FB Like button on my homepage lets say, or the same goes for individual pages - www.company.com/page. My question is rather about having my Facebook Page - Facebook.com/company "Liked". Â Are those likes counted by the engines as a strong signal that www.company.com should rank well? Or only that the Facebook Page - Facebook.com/company should rank well in searches for that company?

How to get Facebook likes?
Hello, Complete newbie here so please be kind, We are a brand new business based in the UK selling natural/organic hair and skin care products, we have been going about 5 weeks, we are really struggling to get people to like our facebook page! we simply dont know where or how to get people to like it! I mean the right kind of people, i am sure we could buy likes or send people to it that are not really into natural beauty products! so the question is, how do we get our likes up for relevant traffic?
