"Our connection to your Google Analytics account was lost" keeps occurring
-
We've reauthorized our Google Analytics accounts, but we still keep getting the message "Our connection to your Google Analytics account was lost. Please reauthorize now." This is happening to a handful of our campaigns, not all.
Has anyone else encountered this or know what is going on? It says I won't lose any data, but why does this keep happening?

Hey Thomas,
You can definitely remove a connection to GA by selecting the Disconnect button from the settings page but I'm afraid we don't have a way to know which account is connected by a user or an admin login.
I'm really sorry for the inconvenience that causes.

Hi Keri,
It sounds like this fix only works if you're the owner of all the linked profiles. Like most agencies, we have admin access to all GA profiles, but own only a few. Any update on when this issue will be resolved? I'd like to avoid having to ask all of our clients for their account owner login info. Thanks!

Thanks - that helped to let us know what was wrong. Is there a way to "erase" the Google Analytics accounts I have connected now and start over, using the owner access instead of admin access? When I choose from the list currently, I have no idea if I'm choosing the one that had only admin access vs. the owner access.

Hi Thomas,
This is a known issue. We have a writeup at http://health.moz.com/ that should help fix this. Let us know if that doesn't work!

200 mozpoints : Removal of "nofollow" from first custom URL on profile but first link is nofollow...
Hello, I try to help Moz community and hope to get 200 mozpoints a day 🙂 When I analyze a profile from a member with more than 200 mozpoints, I see two links to custom URL link : one is added nofollow on a blank image, and one follow with anchor text. But it appears that the tests show that in this case the second link is not taken into account... Why not remove the first link so ? Here is the code: xxx: http://www.example.com/

Can I create different login accounts to access different campaigns?
For various reasons, I'd like to create different login accounts for Moz for different campaigns, so staff can only access the campaigns that they're given permissions to. Is this possible?
