It depends on several factors, including :

• age of your domains
• number of links to your site
• number of domains to your site
• anchor of links

I used to have many links from one domain (several thousand URLs) to my homepage, with exact anchor keyword. That was a bad idea, and shortly my website have been penalized for that keyword. At least you should verify if the links have exact anchor text or branding anchor text.

Think about domains like wordpress.com, blogspot.com, ... Can Google let these domains be penalized because one or few subdomains have been penalized ? It can't.

You may respond to ALL negative reviews and encourage your customers to post reviews on this site. And try to get a lot of reviews from trusted sources like Yelp, Google Local, ... You can also use service like GetFiveStars to improve your rankings and get rich snippet for your home page or product page.

No problem with these URLs, Drupal returns a 403 correctly because crawlers try to get draft content. Google and other search engines will not penalized you because of that : you can think of cart URLs or account URLs for ecommerce websites that may returns 403 the same way.

Months ago it was still possible to create entries in Freebase ( https://developers.google.com/freebase/ ) that could be reuse in Google Knowledge Graph. Now it's completely closed and you have to create webpages, perhaps with schema in order to be added to Knowledge Graph.

If you want to speed up the process of deindexing, after setup all noindex tags you could upload a sitemap in GSC with all URLs you want to be crawled again.

There are many different definitions for the bounce rate:

• Google Analytics Bounce Rate
  It represents the percentage of visitors who enter the site and then leave. Be careful that if you use tracked events, the bounce rate will be modified. For example IF you track PDF download or javascript click, user will not be counted as bounced. It's far more useful because in many situation, and for Google also, if a user enter your landing page and find the answer to its query, it's perfect. But if a user enter your site, then leave it instantly, you may have Panda issues. A high adjusted bounce rate is obviously a problem, because the page does not appear to meet user needs. We can see clearly that you have changed everything ! Design, photos... So you've changed the UX ! Text is important but Google takes user engagement into account, and if users are not reassured by your new design, you will never get back your positions ! In old design buttons are clearly identifiable, it's more simple to navigate, some menus are youseful like "Why choose us ?"... I think you'd better improve old design and navigation and forget the new one !

I think it's better to redirect to the main category page on the new platform. Perhaps they've got some external links that point to these pages. And this will tell to bot that now there's only one strong page instead of several.

I think Bing is more sensitive to links, and use fewer algorithms to penalize (like Penguin or Panda). So with few good links and exact anchor you can rank easily.
