While downloading attachment of backlinks from open site explorer - facing error

that something went wrong and reported to moz tech team

Hey Everyone,

Starting yesterday afternoon, we had a an outage that caused the reports permissions to fail. The issue is now corrected and you should be able to run new reports with no issue, but we are still working to regenerate the reports that were requested during the outage with the proper permissions.

In the meantime, you can re-create reports that you are unable to download if you are unable to wait for a final resolution for the original reports.
