My rank suddenly drop

Hi before i subscribe for MOZ i have hired a seo expert to do an optimization for my escort website, it was really hard since im not knowledgeable and have no clue about it also my niche is kinda hard as what everyone says.
The SEO did a good job ranking my site but in less than 2 weeks my ranking goes down and every time it happen what i do is call him and tell him about the situation and in just few days my rank goes up again and im in page 1 of google.
My question is, is that normal? like ranking drop in less than 2 weeks and he could easily rank me up in just few days?
I pay just to make sure that im on page 1, so every time he put my site on page 1 i pay for it. Gawd i still have no clue whats going on, i have a lot to learn, black hat, white hat, proper back linking, etc etc so i'd really love to know if its normal cause if it is then no point for me to learn SEO as he is doing job well done.
I was just afraid that he is doing this to rip me, not that i dont trust him but you know this days everyone needs something for a living

Good advice above but I'd also ask him to educate you in SEO and his plan for marketing your site. Any SEO should be able to explain what they are doing for you and why - you are after all paying for them and it shouldn't be a 'dark art'.
If they don't help you, try and educate yourself using the great resources on this site and get another SEO...

As Tim said, if you are comfortable at looking at links and deciding whether they are good or not, then use opensitexplorer and see what links are pointing to your website. I think asking him for links is good to test whether he is keeping track of them or just building 000's of spammy links.

NIcolas could also do some link digging himself... maybe look on www.opensiteexplorer.org and see what linked domains have been generated. Hopefully they willl be of a relevant nature to your site and not paid directory submissions etc.
For the site to bounce up and down the rankings it could be a mix of the recent Google Algorithm updates settling or like Karl mentioned some dodgy tactics for short term gain.

the domain was registered since 2012, maybe on monday i will ask him he doesnt usually reply on my email friday until sunday so i'll just have to wait.

This does seem to be strange and it looks like he is conducting some black hat SEO (dark grey at best!) on your website. Ask him for all the links that he has built to the website, if he says "that's impossible" then stop using him immediately because that is normally the reaction a black hat SEO-er will give.
If he does give you a list of links then have a look at them and ask yourself whether they match the content of the website they are on. If you are unsure, copy and paste 10/15 onto this post and I'll have a look at them for you. How old is the website?

Website ranking declined after connecting to CDN
Hi! We are trying to rank https://windowmart.ca for various local search terms. Our head office is in Edmonton where we try to rank https://windowmart.ca/edmonton-windows-doors/ for such terms as "windows Edmonton", "replacement windows Edmonton", "windows and doors Edmonton" as well as others. The website was the leader in its niche for around 2 years. Then we've got some server related issues, moved to a new server and connected CDN Nitropack that really improved our google speed test results. Recently we noticed that our rankings started to drop. Homepage has dropped out of search results
As of 9/12, my homepage has dropped out of the SERPs. If you google my business name (Sumy Designs) it shows other pages in my site, my Facebook page, etc, but not the homepage. My sitelinks are gone too. It IS still indexed, which you can see if you do site:sumydesigns.com I had been ranking for about 15 keywords that have all been lost since my homepage has disappeared. Here's what I know: There are no manual actions. The homepage is still being indexed, it's just not showing up for any keywords, even my brand Nothing has changed in terms of content, I have been a near daily blogger for several years There's no indication of a problem in search console The drop only appears to be affecting desktop searches, mobile search it still shows up which seems pretty weird. I would love any ideas as to what could be causing this disappearance.

Pagespeed drop on https
Hi all, Since I have moved from http to https my pagespeed has dropped. My hosting company/ programmer say this is normal but I am not happy with the results. Before: mobile 69 desktop 89 Now: Mobile: 52 desktop 69 Anybody experience with this issue? All help is welcome! Thank You in advance Tymen

New keyword simply not Ranking
Evening all, first post. I'm currently ranking OK for a broad range of keywords - nothing at number 1 but some are on the first page. However, there is one particular keyword which simply refuses to get indexed. I've witnessed this behaviour before with another site where it appears at SERP 300 or so, then vanishes, comes back at 200 odd and then vanishes. Right now, it's not even ranking in any position. I'm using SERPFox for SERP position on Google. I've had Moz analyse the content on page and it's getting an A. The article is about 2000 words, with good Title and page description and the keyword is appearing under 1%. My question is, have you witnessed odd behaviour like this before where other keywords are ranking OK but an odd few don't even get indexed? I have a few links built to the URL and asked Google Webmaster tools to index the URL but still nothing. I have no penalties or anything to worry about. The only other info I have is that this URL is on a brand-new domain but the previous domain has a 301 redirect with a page authority of 42 and a domain authority of 38 (not too high). And, everything else appears to be running along OK. The point is, I have no expectations about the keyword ranking in a certain position but find it odd how the keyword keeps popping in and out of Google SERP. Good organic ranking/Poor local ranking
Hi, I am a local retailer with a physical store in a major US City. My website is very well ranked on major keywords related to my business from an organic result perspective (between 1st and 3rd spot). However, in terms of local results (google place), my website isn't even ranked (except for one specific long tail keyword). Anybody know why? Thank you so much for your help. This is driving me crazy:-)

Not ranking well in Google
