In Moz local my listing percentages have been decreasing the past couple of weeks and are not updating anymore. How can I get these updating again and back to increasing to be complete? This has been happening to almost all of my listings, I have 39 listing and of those only 6 listing percentages increased, 4 stayed the same and the rest decreased significantly over the last 2 weeks.

So for the services we are partnered with will show Update in Progress under incomplete and the inconsistencies for those services will disappear as those services for update.
Here is our partner list:
Infogroup
Acxiom
Nuestar/Localeze
Factual
Foursquare
Superpages
Best of the WebAnybody not mentioned above, you'll want to manage manually.

Kaelin Dental, Dutch Enterprises, Garbers Menswear and First Missouri State Bank (Jackson) say they are updated but i am not seeing any changes in their growth.
-
You only need separate action for services we are not in partnership with. If you have listing still updating then those inconsistencies will not update until our partners' complete and update their APIs. In your dashboard you should see pending updates shown here: https://www.evernote.com/shard/s269/sh/47cf2efe-3d1f-4e34-aa98-6f1d917ba706/f56b16cf06a87c25c7b547745142bb8d
If there are any locations you are showing as updated, can you tell me which ones you are not seeing changes for and I can send it over to our engineers to take a look.
You can email the information if you would like to keep the details private: help@moz.com

Also i have one more question, with the partner sites that the information is showing up as inconsistent, is it updating those through my entered information or so i have to take a separate action to get that fixed?
-
The issue I am having is that I was not noticing much improvement so I also started tracking myself how much they were increasing weekly. Some of my listings have not increased for weeks and even after checking again a week later and refreshing at the time, my numbers are still not improving.

Hey rustmedia!
Sorry for any confusion about your Local Score.
Each time you look at your details page, we are making those queries in real time, so at the time you look, a specific platform may be running slow or having a hiccup that can cause fluctuations. If you see a sudden drop, always try again to see if it auto-resolves. Sometimes, our tool will also report that we are temporarily unable to contact a specific platform, and those will always auto-resolve as well.
Here is how to interpret your Moz Local listing score, and have a good sense of what Moz Local is doing for and what you can take manual action on.
When you sign into your Moz Local dashboard and click on a business listing there, you are taken to a business details page where you will see your overall listing score. This score is comprised of your status on the 7 partner sites in our network + the status of your listings on 8 non-partner sites, as well.
The 7 supported partner sites in our network are:
Factual
Foursquare
Neustar/Localeze
Infogroup
Best of the Web
Acxiom
SuperpagesOnce you’ve uploaded your listing to Moz Local, it’s our job to push your data out to the above 7 partner sites. Your overall listing score will begin to rise as each of the above listings achieves updated status. The rise may be gradual rather than instantaneous, but should be noticeable over time. You should be sure you’ve filled out as many details as possible on your listing so that it can achieve a maximum score. If you’ve filled out all of these fields, you’re good to go on this and it’s our job to take it from there, pushing out your data to the 7 partners. As each partner achieves updated status, your listing score will gradually begin to rise.
Apart from this, you can contribute to a rise in your listing score manually by improving your listings on the non-partner sites shown on the details page. These non-partner sites are:
Google
Facebook
Yelp
Hotfrog
YP
Citysearch
Yahoo!
BingOn the details page, if you discover that we are reporting issues to you under the ‘Inconsistent’ and ‘Incomplete’ tabs on any of the above non-partner sites, you should consider taking manual action to correct these things. This activity on your part will also eventually contribute to a rise in your listing score.
Finally, if our tool also surfaces duplicate listings for you, you’ll want to pay close attention to these. If the duplicates are on any of the 7 partner sites, you can simply click the ‘close’ button. If they are on the non-partner sites, clicking the close button will take you to a page on the associated site where you will need to work manually with the platform to request closure of the duplicate.
Taken altogether, the work we are doing to push your data to the 7 partner sites and the work you do on the non-partner sites will contribute to a rise in your listing score.
Hope this helps!

Can I sync our local listing in Moz with a Google My Busines listing when there are multiple GMB listings?
We working a healthcare facility that has over 30 listings set up in Google My Business, individual listings for each doctor and other healthcare professionals. We are trying to sync with Google My Business, but continue to receive a message about being unable to validate the listing. We've ensured that the information matches in each listing. Has anyone else experienced this? If so, any advice on how to get it to sync. I've looked through support documents and not found anything that has helped.

Setting up Moz Account for a franchise with no physical locations
OK, so technically we are not a franchise, but our structure is very similar, in that we have numerous areas or cities, within which there are numerous locations (all with separate landing pages). We need to closely track the performance of each area/city as a whole (like you would a franchise), and the individual locations within it. We have a home based office in each main area/city, though not for the purposes of meeting customers etc. We have www.domain.com/area-1/location-A, www.domain.com/area-1/location-B and then www.domain.com/area-2/location-A, www.domain.com/area-2/location-B etc etc. This means that we have a relatively small handful of keywords which are relevant to any location, apart from the addition of the location or city name, like "house cleaners in [location], home cleaning services in [location]. So, do I set up my campaigns as domain.com/Newcastle, domain.com/Manchester etc, have say 10 keywords based around house cleaning, and then add all the local areas within that area/campaign? If so, should I add my keywords - things like "house cleaners" "home cleaning" "domestic cleaning companies" etc. to a campaign for /Newcastle, then add locations within Newcastle such as Gosforth, Jesmond, Heaton etc? Will this then allow us to track our rankings for "house cleaners in {Gosforth, Jesmond, Heaton etc}", "home cleaning in {Gosforth, Jesmond, Heaton etc}, "domestic cleaning companies in {Gosforth, Jesmond, Heaton etc}? Any help, general, specific is much appreciated! Many thanks Edward

Moz Local - duplicate descriptions
Hello, I was looking at Moz Local and saw that you are supposed to enter a business "description". However, I'm pretty sure local directories will not want duplicate descriptions - can I leave the description blank and then add varied descriptions directly? Is that a way around this issue? Your thoughts would be welcome.
