Why is Report Email not White labeled
-
I'm at a loss here as I've just discovered (after running my new account for about a month) that the white label of reporting is incomplete and you didn't even warn me.
I just saw an email delivered from the custom report section. I went through and set it up including custom logo so everything would be white labeled and even checked everywhere else in the preview to ensure that nothing about Moz showed up.
This I was greeted this morning with a bunch of reports for multiple campaigns going to multiple clients and in all cases the email was branded as Moz. It's from a Moz email, has a Moz header and footer, and even has links for managing moz email preferences as well as Moz's privacy policy.
I'd love to know who thought this was white label? Seriously, this is absurdly ridiculous. Is there a fix?

I am a new Moz customer and specifically chose the $149 plan to get "branded reports"
My Logo shows on the pdf report but when that report is emailed to the client there is a big black banner at the top of the email that says MOZ! I chose branded reports so that the customer would see my branding not MOZ.
This is very frustrating and there is no good answer from MOZ, I know that you can send the email with my return email address but why do you have to put the MOZ branding in the email.
-
Hi! Looks like you got an answer in our help desk as well. We do not have the ability for us to send an email with your return email address. In the custom reports section you should be able to remove all of the Moz branding in the report and replace it with existing companies logo.
-
Did anybody ever get an answer to this? Is it possible to brand the report email itself and set a personalised return email address?
-
By the way, and I've asked for this too... someone marked this comment as "answered", which to me it never has been. I've also asked that this be changed in your system. I get that your administrators may feel the need occasionally to mark a response as answered, especially if the customer hasn't responded in some time. However, the way it's currently setup, it allows you to mark this even though I don't think it is (because it's not really).
So, you NEED to let us, YOUR CUSTOMERS, control when we think our issues are resolved, not when you think our issues are resolved. This is a huge difference and one that any company that cares about it's customers should instantly understand, yet nothing has been done about this. Confusing really.

It's been a while on this. Any updates? I still can't configure these emails to be scheduled to automatically go directly to my clients because they contain your branding, even though the plan states "branded reports". In your defense, it still doesn't say branded emails, but when one see you can auto schedule reports and the those reports are white labeled, it's implied that the email itself would not be labeled as Moz.
I really want a fix for this. It's silly how long this has been like this with no fix. Please advise. Thanks.

I don't know if I ever read that implicitly. However, one would infer based on literature that says there is white label reporting that the delivery of said reports would also be so.
If not, you should at be be VERY CLEAR and upfront that it does not. As it stands, I just sent several automated report emails thinking they were white labeled but weren't. There was no warning, no copy on your features, absolutely nothing to indicate that it's NOT white labeled.
Don't call something white labeled if it's only halfway so.

Hi Micha,
As a quick favor, can you point out where it says emails are white labeled, so we can make sure that's clear?
Thanks!
-
jfillman, if you read my reply, I CAN white label the actually reports, which means that I am above the $99 plan. What I'm talking about is Moz's lack of white label email feature.
Erin, this isn't a question about wether or not me account or campaigns have issues. This is a question of why your automated report emails themselves are not white labeled. Yes, the PDF report is white labeled, but the email shows Moz.
Not to be rude, both it really seems like neither one of you actually read my reply.
Erin, please respond with an answer to my actual questions. Thank you.

Thanks for reaching out. My name is Erin, and I'm on the Moz Help Team. Can you email us and let us know the specific campaign/reports that you're having issues with? We can help you look into this from there.
We look forward to hearing from you, and Happy Monday!

Branded reports are not available in the $99 per month plan. They are only included in the $149 per month, $249 per month, $599 per month plans.

Moz Analytics Reports Scheduling
Hi, We have been using Moz now for a few weeks now and we are trying to run reports based on various time frames and can't seem to do so? For example on the if we needed a report from say 17/04/2014- 30/04/2014 how would we achieve this? Or if we wanted to schedule reports based on a calendar month- how do we achieve this? I tried running reports on the 1/05/2014 and received reports for Apr 25 - May 2, 2014. Also on the DASHBAORD- the timeframe only appears to display 'WEEKLY' and the last week of the month- 23th April- 30- Apr. Or will this change once we have more historical data compiled? Thanks,

Why is Moz report showing duplicate content?
Dear Moz Community Our weekly Moz crawl diagnostic repoart is showing a significant increase in "Duplicate Page Content" errors for article pages that have unique content, unique file names, unique META title/descriptions, and unique H1 tags. Where could the duplication be coming from? Thanks for your help.

Duplicate Page Content Report on Moz - Still ranking in Google Results?
Hi, I am experiencing 2 issues with the Duplicate Page Content in Moz. Every week it is notifying me of new duplicate content - so it seems to be missing duplicate content each week and the crawl is never above the 5000-6000 page mark, which means that it is under 10K which is the limit, so presumably everything is crawled in that one go so surely it should detect all of the dupe content on 1 crawl as opposed to having to do various crawls to detect it no? The dupe content report shows me pages that indeed have duplicate content but after checking, these are ranking on Google for their terms... ? Is the duplicate page content report incremental ? Will it add more duplicate content and increase the report every week or does it just show that week's results? If so, it's a bit like chasing my tail... Help!
