Moz Analytics Shows isights, but none when i click

Hi, i have a campaign report that shows 8 Insights, however when i click on that link which says 8 Insights, the page is blank.

Any info would be appreciated.

Can you tell me what browser you are using and can you see the same issue in another browser?

Hi, yes still am. I go to DASHBOARD for a campaign and see 8 Insights, i have just clicked on it and nothing happens

Hi Andrew! Sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with loading your insights. I could not find any issues on my side while checking from my home connection. Are you still experiencing the issue?

Error Selecting Search Engine During Moz Campaign Set-Up

Hi, I'm setting up a Moz campaign for a new client, and when I get to the third step, "Choose the search engines for which you would like to track rankings," there's nothing to select. No drop down, or anything, just a blank field under the heading. If I try to advance, I get an error pop-up that says I must select a search engine. Has anyone else run into this problem? Why can't I Ctrl + click on links on Moz any more?

I'm interested if it's just me that gets frustrated by this? I've just Ctrl + clicked a few links to open them in separate tabs and then realised that none of them had opened. I know it's been like this for a while. It's a usability issue as it goes against expected norms, and now I have to right-click and then click "Open in new tab" on each link, which is more time-consuming and frustrating. More and more websites seem to be losing their Ctrl + click on links ability (JavaScript often breaks it). I don't know if there's a Mac equivalent... Anyway, I hope that doesn't seem like I'm too angry. It just frustrates me a little and I hope it gets fixed. 🙂 Edit - I've just realised these are getting blocked by Chrome's pop-up blocker - but why? It's only an issue on a small number of websites.

Can I use MOZ for initial keyword research? Can't create an AdWords campaign (no website yet to register) to get use of Google's Keyword Planner & my subscription to Wordtracker is showing me too many unrelated keywords... Peter

Moz Pro won't stay connected to my Google Analytics profile

I just started a trial of Moz Pro today and it seems to have a problem staying connected to my Google Analytics account. Evenr time I refresh a page or click to a different page, I get a notification that reads "Our connection to your Google Analytics account was lost. Don't worry, you won't lose any data. Please reauthorize now." I click the link to reauthorize and it says it was successful, But then as soon as I refresh the page or click to a new page withing Moz Pro, the message appears again. I'm afraid that none of my GA data is being collected by Moz Pro. What should I do?

Why can't I add more than one campaign in my trial version of MOZ?

Hi, I'm on the 30 day trial and I can only run one campaign right now. I thought I could add in 5 campaigns. When I go into Manage Campaigns the 'add a campaign' button is light blue and I can't click it. Is this just because I'm on the trial? Or should I be able to add 4 more campaigns?

How to get moz to crawl a staging domain that is blocked by robots.txt

Is it possible to get Moz to do a crawl report on a domain blocked by robots.txt and actually display all errors instead of only one saying the domain was blocket in robots.txt? Anything i can add to robots.txt to make moz able to do the crawl report but still hinder google from crawling a staging domain?
