Dear Moz team,
I have subscribed for 1 month free Moz trial account. It was free but to subscribe this account I need to put my credit card details. Suddenly at the end of this 1 month term period Moz tried to cut 149 Dollar from my account without notifying me. But they could not because my credit card was locked. Is not a kind of cheating? I tried to delete my credit card deTails from the account but there is no option to delete. Why?
please answer my question and delete my account permanentl.

I had a free trial month that Moz extended to another month all in an email then they charged me the 2nd month that they said in an email that they will extend I can put that email up if you want.
I want my money back they moz was not suppose to charge me since they extended my free trial for another month. I am a blogger and can put this out to my 6000,000 a year followers if Moz does not refund me my money.

I'm wondering, though—where did you find that help@seomoz.org email address? Our domain has been moz.com—and our Help Team's email address has been help@moz.com—since 2013. Did you find it on our site, and if so, where? I want to make sure it gets changed.

The good news is I have stopped the billing attempts on your account and your Moz Pro subscription is no longer active and you've not been charged.
The pending state you were in is a result of a failed card payment, and in this case the replies below are correct, and it requires the help team to intercept and stop the renewal.

Yes, it looks from your screenshot that the "cancel subscription"option has been closed off to you. I think the only thing you can do is wait for a response from the moz crew, sorry mate.

There is no cancel subscription field inside my account settings. Please see the attachment.
Another important issue i want to mention here. I have sent them an email on 20th September regarding my requirement but they did not response. Please see my email below:

You just go into account settings - and on the right their is a cancel subscription. You need to click that and follow through. So it is free for 30 days but you need to cancel your subscription before the trial period is up.
It is not difficult. I assume, you forgot to cancel the subscription before the free 30 days was up. No huge stress just email them if you have any more problems.

I have a client who wants to have their own Moz login. I want to move them out on to a new plan from the Standard (5 campaigns) plan. Can I do this?
For years I've been managing campaigns in Moz through Moz Pro. This enables up to 5 campaigns. One of my clients wants access to their campaign and are happy to pay for a new Moz Standard account just for them. My question is - can this be done? They would like my company (or more specifically me) to still have admin access to the account. I'm confused as to whether multi-seat is the right way to go? I don't want my client to login to my current Moz Pro account as I have other client's campaigns on it. Can anyone help as to the best approach.

Can I move analytics campaigns from one Moz Pro account to another?
Hello all, hoping someone can help - couldn't find anything on this subject in the Q&A already... I'd like to associate some existing Moz analytics campaigns with a different Moz Pro account, is this possible? I know I could just start a new analytics campaign in the different pro account, but I don't want to lose all of the data Roger has already collected on the site; I feel it would be a tragedy after all his hard work, and it wouldn't be convenient for me. Hoping someone can help!

My Whole Moz Account Went Missing - Started From Scratch But Not Working Again
Hi guys my whole moz account went awol - lost all my previous campaign data in terms of search listings - got a bit fed up so started from scratch, the first week was ok but now I login to see where I am on the search engines and all I get is '-' can anyone help - I am paying top dollar for this service but it seems so unstable, I thought I was using this to save me time keying in hundreds of search phrases and manually checking them and as I am sure many of you will appreciate checking daily can drive you crackers so I signed up with the belief that once a week I would get an in depth report and as such I could take a sigh of relief and get away from the obsessive compulsion to check my listings daily - this does not seem to be the case - pretty frustrated to be honest. kind regards Gareth

I have two accounts with Moz.com Account One (about a year old) has both the options to switch over between Moz Pro and Moz Analytics. Account Two (a trial so far) just has the option to use Moz Analytics. So new or trial accounts don't have access to Moz Pro?

Account Update
Hello, I appreciate moz and all of its tools and would not consider going elsewhere but I must say I am a bit disappointed in the extreme inconsistency in the updates to my campaigns and keyword rankings. It's supposed to be weekly and used to occur on a specific day however I have no idea when it will happen now. Updates have occurred on average every 8-10 days with no consistency as to when they will actually happen. Once again I have no intentions of leaving moz but would like to know why this has happened for the past few months and if/when it will consistently be updated weekly. Thank you, Mike
