Verifying hreview reviews
-
Hi all, I'm trying to get all the microformats done for reviews on a few sites, and would like clarification for aggregate reviews. Specifically, if I create an aggregate reviews page and put that a product or company has a 9 out of 10 rating, with 15 reviews (counts) am i correct in thinking that I then need to make sure that there are indeed 15 individual reviews on the same page, each listing their own score (votes) to ensure that the figures for the average come out right?

Hello,
To get the desired results you must choose which format you can use easily with your code. As Google support various formats for rich snippets like Microformats, RDFa & Microdata.
Here's Example Goes of Microdata:
Blast 'Em Up—Game Review
Rating:
88 out of
100based on
35 reviews.Use this tool to verify your code by entering it in HTML Tab, either rich snippets are working or not.

You should use any star rating script (10 stars or 5 stars) and on rating a comment box appear where visitor / user can put his/her review.
You can find more about such formats on Schema.org

keywords are not ranking as per the expectation and need site review too
Hello, Recently We have a taken a project " http://customerconnect-services.com/ " and are responsible for the Digital Marketing for the website. FYI, we have been following the best On-Page SEO practices ever since we took the project: Performing Keyword Research, Finalizing the Keywords,Using those in the Page-Title, Meta-Descriptions, Heading Tags and of course in the Content as per MOZ suggestions & SEO standards. But, we are unable to rank in first page; all the considered keywords have a ranking of 51+ which is a serious matter of concern for us. We have also checked whether the Domain / URL has been blacklisted, but it's not (Not even by Google). We are therefore unable to figure out what is going wrong even after following so many best practices to get the keywords a good ranking (1st & 2nd page of SERPs). Therefore I would like to request you to provide your expert opinions in this regard by checking what is it that we are not getting right. The website url is http://customerconnect-services.com/. As this is a high-priority issue for us & the client is a prestigious one of course, please help. Looking forward to hearing from you at the earliest. Thanks & Regards,

Do I need to verify my site on webmaster both with and without the "www." at the start?
As per title, is it necessary to verify a site on webmaster twice, with and without the "www"? I only ask as I'm about to submit a disavow request, and have just read this: NB: Make sure you verify both the http:website.com and http://www.website.com versions of your site and submit the links disavow file for each. Google has said that they view these as completely different sites so it’s important not to forget this step. (here) Is there anything in this? It strikes me as more than a bit odd that you need to submit a site twice.

User Reviews Question
On my e-commerce site, I have user reviews that cycle in the header section of my category pages. They appear/cycle via a snippet of code that the review program provided me with. My question is...b/c the actual user-generated content is not in the page content does the google-bot not see this content? Does it not treat the page as having fresh content even though the reviews are new? Does the bot only see the code that provides the reviews? Thanks in advance. Hopefully this question is clear enough.

Is adding reviews to your site using schema structured data markup considered duplicating content?
A client of mine whats to add reviews from other sites such as Judys Book and Yahoo to their site. (Yes the actual content of what was posted in the review. They are proud of what their clients are saying). I am not sure if using schema mark up and including the review body on the clients web site was safe or would it be considered duplicate content? Is there a "good practice" for this? Any assistance or suggestions are welcomed. Thanks!

Should I import external reviews to my site?
Hi everybody! I manage the website for a financial services company. We have more than 5000 reviews on a user review website. We have the possibility to import and display all these reviews on our site. Is this good for SEO? Will Google find it suspicious that our site suddenly displays a lot of new keyword-rich content? What about duplicate content? Please, share your thoughts. Thanks!

Product Reviews.
Hi. In the last few days I have studied a little bit about this, and I would like to know the opinion of experts. My website www.theprinterdepo.com is a Magento site and I have the product review disabled by default because nobody makes reviews. However I have seen that other vendors out there have big databases of reviews that can be plugged in into my website. www.powerreviews.com for example Will this really boost my site? seo talking? If so, any other provider you can recommend me, www.powerreviews.com seems too expensive.

Local Hotel Reviews/Citations and the ISP address
Happy New Year Mozzers, If a hotel guest signs into the free wireless provider that is provided by the hotel and writes a review of the hotel while logged in, by chance will Google perceive this as hotel staff writing phony reviews to hype the hotel? I ask this because I wonder if Google will view the ISP address as the hotel ISP and not differentiate a hotel guest versus the hotel staff. Thanks everyone!

How to get user genreated reviews indexed properly?
We are currently working to improve the deployment of a review widget on our website. The widget was deployed about 18 months ago and all reviews are behind Java navigation. I have been working with our IT staff to get the reviews into an HTML page which will either live on the product page as a tab or will be a link from the product page. Our IT staff has suggested leaving the Java navigation for users and creating separate HTML pages specifically for search engines. Based on my experience, this sounds like a bad idea, basically creating pages just for search engines that will not be use by site visitors, although the visitors will have access to the same content via the Java navigation. Anyone care to comment on this? Is creating HTML pages specifically for search engines a bad idea? An acceptable idea?
