      Hi All,

This might be a silly question, but for all the properties I monitor in Google Analytics, I'm now showing no data for SEO Queries under Acquisition for the past 6 days. Normally I would expect a few day delay in queries, but nothing for 6 days is somewhat peculiar especially as it was functioning fine prior to November 12th. Does anyone have insight into what might be going on? Thanks!

I am seeing no search query data before Oct 22, 2015 in my Google Web Master and Google Analytics. Is anyone else facing this issue?

Please see image in the URL. Google Web Master does not let me set the data before Oct 23, 2015.

Has this been fixed? We're still seeing a couple of clients who have zeros on their Google Analytics Queries report, but others that seem to be working fine.

When we look at these clients' Search Console reports we're also seeing nothing. The client I was just reviewing isn't getting a huge amount of search traffic, but it is over 500 search visitors a month. There should be something, right?

i believe this is due to the issue with search console and this should be fixed by end of week, as per Google Tweet.

Maybe something to do with this:

                    http://searchengineland.com/google-search-console-search-analytics-data-delayed-but-google-is-working-on-a-fix-236374

Google are apparently working to fix the bug in Search Console with Search Analytics data, which would affect Google Analytics.

"An Update on the Search Analytics report in Google Search console

Data have been missing in Search Analytics since November 12th.

The team is aware of it and currently working on a fix.

It should be back to normal by the end of the week."

                      Thanks Dmitrii,

Yeah, looks like it's a broken connection between the two. Or  simply yet another change Google decided to make suddenly.

                        Thanks Ria,

I've seen the (not set) for a bit now, but the absolute flatline with no data, not even (not set) since the 12th is troubling. So likely they've changed things up again or perhaps a bug? Thanks again!

                          Hi, Ria.

The subject in question is why number of impressions are being shown as 0. I understand that there are lots of queries which are being as not set now, but that doesn't explain the quantity of overall amount dropping to 0.

If you're seeing (not set), I suspect this might be the explanation:

                            https://www.seroundtable.com/google-analytics-seo-report-not-set-is-not-a-bug-21102.html

"In Search Analytics if you look at the numbers of the queries that you see there, you will sometimes see that we show a top aggregated, maybe a hundred queries, and in a table below if you add the numbers together, you might see 70 queries or something like that.

And the difference there is essentially queries that we filter out, and in Search Console we don’t show them separately and in Google Analytics they chose to call them Not Set.

So that is what you are seeing there, not something completely different, its not showing the difference that you’d have to calculate yourself."

Unless, they've changed things up again.

                              Hi there.

Surprisingly, it happens to me as well. I have no idea why this exactly happening, however, I do have a suggestion.

Simply go to Search Analytics section of Google webmaster tools (or as it's know now - Search console) and see all your data there. Google analytics is pulling all that data from GWT anyway, so, maybe there is a bug or new change in GA-GWT connections.

                              Hope this helps.

UTM Links Showing Up as Separate Pages in Google Analytics

Hey everyone, I was just looking at landing pages in Google Analytics, and in addition to just the URL of the landing page, the UTM links are being listed as separate pages. Is this normal? I anticipated seeing the landing page URL and then using the secondary dimension to see source/medium. If this isn't normal, what would I check next?

Google Analytics - Next Page Path is the Same URL?

Hey Everyone, I have a Google analytics question. I'm looking through a client's site and when I look at the next page path, I get the same URL as the next path. For example, on the homepage, the next page path I get is the homepage again? This happens for all URL's, is this an implementation error? Is there a way to fix this? Thanks!

Will 301 redirects (Same Domain) show as referral traffic in Analytics?

For an eCommerce site we have 301'd legacy product pages to new product pages. Is all that traffic going to show up as referral traffic from our own domain in Google Analytics? If so, is there any way to preserve original source/medium info or will all the source/medium info be our own domain since there is a 301 redirect?

Why are plus signs (+) suddenly showing up in Google Analytics organic search keywords reports?

Since June 13, 2013, the number of organic search queries containing a plus sign (+) has gone up over 1,000% compared to the previous period on my site in Google Analytics. These plus signs appear to be taking the place of spaces in these search queries (i.e. "word1+word2+word3"). This appears to be almost (or completely) Google organic traffic, not other search engines. Since I highly doubt searcher behavior would change so suddenly, I'm trying to figure out why Google is replacing spaces with plus signs. Is anyone else seeing this? Any ideas?

My clients GA reports 273 visits from s.ytimg.com.  I go to the site, it doesn't exist. I googled it, there were some code with s.ytimg.com in it, but nothing I could understand. Anybody have an idea where this comes from?

                                Comparing % Change, Google Analytics

Hey Mozzers, Is there a simple way to compare the "% Change" in traffic when comparing two separate time periods in a single Google Analytics report? When comparing data from two separate time periods, an exported CSV doesn't include the % Change (booo!), and there's no option to sort by % Change within the GA report, essentially forcing you to scroll through all the results to pinpoint the major movers and shakers. I'm not averse to using spreadsheets to sort this data, but I'm thinking that I'd likely need a macro to make this work, something like this. However, none of the macros on that page are working (possibly because they were designed for a previous version of Analytics). All suggestions are appreciated. Thanks!

Google Analytics: how many visits from country Google domains?

Hello, I manage a site with visitors from many different countries. With Google Analytics, it is normal to see the number of visitors from each search engine. However, I would like to identify the number of visitors from each Google-search contry domain. How many visitors from Google.com? How many from Google.co.uk. And from Google.co.zm? And so on. Anybody knows if this is possible and if yes, how can it be done? Thank you in advance, Dario
