How much would you pay for a Pay Per Click Campaign Optimization? Our monthly budget is around $2k a month for Adwords.
Any advice in choosing the right company to run our Adwords campaign?

Pay Per Lead.
Most agencies will charge as a percentage of spend which will incentivize them to spend more of your dough. That doesn't work well for you as a business owner.
If instead you are charged per lead, then an increase in spend means an increase in leads and more customers.
If you run a limousine business for example and the value per enquiry is $20, you can ask the company how much they would charge on a per lead basis. If they say $10, then you should try it out and see how well they convert.
This is the best way to make sure that you get a positive ROI on your spend and it reduces your risk as well as the amount of work you have to do screening for people that have no idea what they're doing. If they can deliver solid leads to you at a decent cost, then they know what they're doing and you get a win-win situation.

That's a pretty decent budget in my opinion. I know that some vendors can charge anywhere from 500 - 5K month depending on how robust a campaign you have.
When looking for a vendor I'd suggest to take a good look into:
(1) Reputation - How many clients do you they have and how long have they been around? What type of results have they seen?
(2) Processes - How do they go about analyzing your PPC efforts. Will it align with how you envision your campaigns to operate?
(3) Relationship - Can you depend on them with unlimited consultative services. What I mean by this is, are they going to be available answer the majority of your questions, or will they file you in order of importance in comparison to their other clients
(4) Knowledge - Make sure they know their stuff! You'd be surprised how many Internet Marketing/Web Development companies advertise PPC services just because they know it's hot and do not have too much experience. Not that this is a bad thing per se (of course we all gotta start somewhere!), but, depending on your goals and budget, make sure you are truly getting what you paid for.

In 2016 we are doing a massive paid search reset (conversion point: a high involvement purchase), I wanted to get the community's feedback on how long it makes sense to run with our campaigns and make smaller tweaks, versus launching something new? So in other words, if we aren’t seeing the results we want with a campaign, at what point does it make sense to re-evaluate and end the campaign/trying something new instead of optimizing the existing campaign? In analytics, in most cases there didn’t seem to me much of a runout period on the conversion points, as conversions appeared to be happening within days.

Email Campaign Tracking within Domain & Subdomains
What is the best process to track conversions/visits in Google Analytics when running an email campaign that links to both a sub-domain and then the main domain? To elaborate further, we have an email marketing campaign that directs users to a subdomain (e.g. promos.website.com) within the subdomain we include our products. Once a user clicks on the promos, they are taken to our main website (e.g website.product1.com). What is the best process to track conversions from this email campaign that leads users to the sub-domain first, then to the main site (where the conversions take place)? We have URL tagging in the Email Campaign - but not able to see the true conversions show up in Analytics on the main site. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Cheers!

How complicated would it be to optimize our current site for the Safari browser?
Hi all! Okay, here's the scoop. 33% of our site visitors use Safari. 18% of our visitors are on either an iPad or iPhone. According to Google Analytics, our average page load time for visitors using Safari is 411% higher than our site average of 3.8 second. So yes, average page load time pages loading in Safari is over 20 seconds...totally unacceptable, especially considering the large percentage of traffic using it. While I understand that there are some parameters beyond our control, it is in our own best interest to try to optimize our site for Safari. We've got to do better than 20 seconds. As you might have guessed, it's also killing conversation rates on visits from that browser. While every other browser posted double-digit improvements in conversion rates over the last several months, the conversion rate for Safari visitors is down 36%...translating into 10's of thousands in lost revenue. Question for anyone out there gifted in Web design and particular Web Dev....Do you think that it's possible/reasonable to attempt to "fix" our current site, which sits on an ancient platform with ancient code, or is this just not realistic? Would a complete redesign/replatform be the more realistic (and financially sound) way to go? Any insights, experiences and recommendations would be greatly appreciated. PPC Bid Strategies for Adwords PLA Campaign
I am managing a Google Adwords Product Listing Ads (PLA) campaign. The campaign is granular and specific in that each product is targeted via its corresponding ad groups. The structure of the campaign is : Campaign->500 Ad Groups (each ad group targeting a unique product selected by "product_id". I would like to get some ideas and feedback on bidding strategies. The granular structure of the campaign allows me to set a different Default Max CPC and a Max CPC for each unique product. I am unable to find within Adwords a column that shows what the competition is bidding. Is there a methodical procedure to extract this bidding information? I have recently enabled "Search Impression Share" and "Search Impression Lost (IS Rank)", but there is not enough data yet for those stats. What do the PPC experts have to say?

Conversion optimization with Optimizely, impact on SEO
I am looking into signing up with www.optimizely.com for conversion testing. They put scripting on my site which will then redirect half of my site visitors to an alternate home page. The site I want to test on is ranking quite well with Google and I do not want to hurt my rankings. And with this set up,what Google will think is my home page is not and so I am essentially sending visitors to a different page than Google reads as my home page in source code. So, my concern is whether this will have a negative impact on my SEO rankings to redirect 50% of site visitors to a different page using this testing tool? I would use Google Web Site Optimizer, but many of my sites are in Wordpress and it seems that Wordpress and web site optimizer are not so compatible. Advice would be appreciated. Thank you, Robert

Optimizing meta descriptions for click through
Hey guys! I'm curious if anyone knows of any research or has any experience with using the word "buy" vs "shop for" as a call to action in meta descriptions, and what has better click through rates? A quick search of Google trends shows that they're both pretty close in terms of search, but im curious as to the psycological reaction that people have to those terms and what one they respond to better. How Quality Score relates to Cost-per-acquisition CPA
I'm running purely CPA campaigns at the moment and I'm wondering if my Quality Score is at all relevant. My understanding is that Quality Score is closely tied to clicks, so if I'm not targetting that (but conversions instead) then the Quality Score is not something I need to pay any attention too. In fact, it seems kind of irrelevant. Do any experts out there agree or disagree? I would love some clarity! I've never seen Google refer to conversions or CPA when it talks about Quality Score.
