Solved Having issues generating Pdf reports
-
I am having issues just exporting any kind of PDF reports. Is there something going on or some glitch? I have tried 3 different browsers and still have the same problem. All I get is the ajax wheel spinning and then it times out.

I've been having the same issue for about two weeks now. I have emailed MOZ on multiple occasions and they have confirmed that the PDF reports are broken and they are frantically working on it.
I have tried multiple browsers on multiple devices and I cannot generate PDF reports on any of them. For such a core feature to be broken for such as long time is completely baffling and unacceptable.
The PDF reports are a key feature of my daily workflow and I send these to our clients on a daily basis. The fact that I have not been able to generate client reports for two weeks is beyond belief and is making me look bad.
I also think it's absurd that MOZ has not proactively reached out to their subscribers to let them know about this issue and to please be patient while we resolve the issue. It's like they're hiding and hoping nobody will notice.
If this issue doesn't get resolved soon, I will have no choice to look elsewhere for my SEO software.

My client's site is down and the web host gives says that Moz is the reason why. "The fact that your site was limited is because the traffic generated by Moz. This is why I have suggested to block their IP addresses." Now we have unblocked the IP addresses and as you can see your site was limited again. Older Reports
I'm newer to Moz...Is there a way for me to look at older reports? For example, I want to compare January numbers with December numbers but I did not save my December reports. I'm hoping this is just something small, but please let me know if this is possible!

Only sections are showing on PDF report?
Around a quarter of the modules selected are actually showing on a report? Unsure if this is an issue on Moz's part or my own - It has previously been fine and printed the whole report as requested (June was fine) The same report this month is only part compiling. I have also manually created another report (with the same modules) and the exact thing happened. Also - When choosing a campaign no stats show up there any longer, not a big problem but quite annoying all the same. Thanks in advance for any help, Alex

Moz Analytics Reports Scheduling
Hi, We have been using Moz now for a few weeks now and we are trying to run reports based on various time frames and can't seem to do so? For example on the if we needed a report from say 17/04/2014- 30/04/2014 how would we achieve this? Or if we wanted to schedule reports based on a calendar month- how do we achieve this? I tried running reports on the 1/05/2014 and received reports for Apr 25 - May 2, 2014. Also on the DASHBAORD- the timeframe only appears to display 'WEEKLY' and the last week of the month- 23th April- 30- Apr. Or will this change once we have more historical data compiled? Thanks,

Duplicate Page Content Report on Moz - Still ranking in Google Results?
Hi, I am experiencing 2 issues with the Duplicate Page Content in Moz. Every week it is notifying me of new duplicate content - so it seems to be missing duplicate content each week and the crawl is never above the 5000-6000 page mark, which means that it is under 10K which is the limit, so presumably everything is crawled in that one go so surely it should detect all of the dupe content on 1 crawl as opposed to having to do various crawls to detect it no? The dupe content report shows me pages that indeed have duplicate content but after checking, these are ranking on Google for their terms... ? Is the duplicate page content report incremental ? Will it add more duplicate content and increase the report every week or does it just show that week's results? If so, it's a bit like chasing my tail... Help!
