How to stop /tag creating duplicate content - Wordpress

I keep getting alert for duplicate content. It seems Wordpress is creating it through a /tag

@pau4ner I'm with you, /tag/ pages likely aren't the end of the world. However, why not just robots.txt disallow them if someone was concerned?

@curveballmedia If you are using an On-page plugin such as Yoast SEO you can head to "Search Appearance > Taxonomy" and then look for Tags. There you can choose not to show tags on Search Results.
This will effectively noindex your tags archive page, so you don't have to fear of any duplicate content issues anymore (although I wouldn't worry too much about it, honestly).

Migrating Subfolder content to New domain Safely
Hello everyone, I'm currently facing a challenging situation and would greatly appreciate your expertise and guidance. I own a website, maniflexa.com, primarily focused on the digital agency niche. About 3 months ago, I created a subfolder, maniflexa.com/emploi/, dedicated to job listings which is a completely different niche. The subfolder has around 120 posts and pages. Unfortunately, since I created the subfolder, the rankings of my main site have been negatively impacted. I was previously ranking #1 for all local digital services keywords, but now, only 2 out of 16 keywords have maintained their positions. Other pages have dropped to positions 30 and beyond. I'm considering a solution and would like your advice: I'm planning to purchase a new domain and migrate the content from maniflexa.com/emploi/ to newdomain.com. However, I want to ensure a smooth migration without affecting the main domain maniflexa.com rankings and losing backlinks from maniflexa.com/emploi/ pages. Is moving the subfolder content to a new domain a viable solution? And how can I effectively redirect all pages from the subfolder to the new domain while preserving page ranks and backlinks?

Unsolved Keyword Research for SWISS company
lets say I am currently doing research for Health: Therapeutic massages - alternative medicine but the research has to be conducted in German as it is for a Swiss website. I am currently filling in the matrix as provided by Moz Essentials course, would it be better to first research these semantic/funnel tops in english and then translate into german and finding keywords (+ creating the keyword lists) based upon the GERMAN language? What would anyone recommend?

Missing Meta Description
I am fairly new to using Moz and I have just recently ran a custom report, a "Full Site Audit". On this report it has pulled up a particular area that I have a question about, please see below. Missing Description

In this area it says that there are 76 pages with missing descriptions. the majority of these pages are duplicated pages, of the Homepage, that were created to help put us first on Google when searching for Office/Furniture/IT suppliers in a certain city. (i.e. Halifax, Leeds, etc)
These additional pages were created by a third-party. In order to sort out these "Missing Descriptions", what would you advise we do when filling in the Meta Descriptions?0 -
Shopify Duplicate Content in products
Hello Moz Community, New to Moz and looking forward to beginning my journey towards SEO education and improving our clients' sites. Our client's website is a Shopify store. https://spiritsofthewestcoast.com/ Our first Moz reports show 686 duplicate content issues. I will show the first 4 as examples. https://spiritsofthewestcoast.com/collections/native-earrings-and-studs-in-silver-and-gold/products/haida-eagle-teardrop-earrings https://spiritsofthewestcoast.com/collections/native-earrings-and-studs-in-silver-and-gold/products/haida-orca-silver-earrings https://spiritsofthewestcoast.com/collections/native-earrings-and-studs-in-silver-and-gold/products/silver-oval-earrings https://spiritsofthewestcoast.com/collections/native-earrings-and-studs-in-silver-and-gold/products/haida-eagle-spirit-silver-earrings As you can see, URL titles are unique. But I know that the content in each of those products have very similar product descriptions but not exactly. But since they have been flagged as a site issue by Moz, I am guessing that the content is 95% duplicate. So can a rel=canonical be the right solution for this type of duplicate content? Or should I be considering adding new content to each of 686 products to drop below the 95% threshold? Or another solution that I may not be aware of. Why are some pages now duplicate content?

Duplicate Page Content
