Here are the perks for a paid moz account: http://moz.com/perks it doesnt look like getlisted is part of the perks.

Also according to Tina: "Just wanted to chime in to say that you can still list your business for free at BOTW as long as you get to that listing through GetListed rather than submitting a Jumpstart Listing directly thru BOTW .... As of today anyhow. Things could change tomorrow."
