What are the listings (citations) when you use Moz Local?
-
How do I find what the actual listings are when using Moz Local? I want to add more citations for my clients and don't want to create duplicates.
_There are five main aggregators of location data that send information to local search engines: Infogroup, Neustar Localeze, Acxiom, and Factual and Foursquare. Is the info we are giving in Moz Local_*
In the Dashboard...it show that "35 listings reach". but what are the actual listings?
Do I need to use Whitespark to see what the actual listings are? Currently right now, I can only see like 18 listings.
Any insight?
Regards,
Benny

So is Citysearch.com part of the listing? I see it on here https://moz.com/learn/local/local-search-data-us
I see both of my clients listings on Citysearch.com, but there no pictures for them. I assume that Moz Local push the info out to Citysearch.com
My question, how do I edit this listing for CitySearch.com?
Regards,
Benny

Hi Benny!
Thanks for reaching out, and sorry for the confusion! Moz Local automatically pushes your business info out to Factual, Foursquare, Neustar/Localeze, Infogroup, Best of the Web, Acxiom and Superpages, but beyond that scope we aren't able to make any sort of guarantees. We do also report on Google, Facebook, Yelp, Hotfrog, YP, Citysearch, Yahoo! and Bing, but if you're looking to create additional citations, then I would recommend investigating the full reach with help from another tool :).

Moz local & Rich Data in bi-lingual markets
Hi, any of you have any experience with Moz local in bi-lingual markets? In Quebec, we deal with predominantly French marketplace with large pockets of English speaking communities. However, mostly all of the directories that Moz Local lists to are English. Some offer options to list rich-data in two languages but many don't. Here's the question, have nay of you use both languages when submitting using Moz local (or other similar services) successfully in that the directories that were only English still accepted your "other" languages? Thx.

Setting up Moz Account for a franchise with no physical locations
OK, so technically we are not a franchise, but our structure is very similar, in that we have numerous areas or cities, within which there are numerous locations (all with separate landing pages). We need to closely track the performance of each area/city as a whole (like you would a franchise), and the individual locations within it. We have a home based office in each main area/city, though not for the purposes of meeting customers etc. We have www.domain.com/area-1/location-A, www.domain.com/area-1/location-B and then www.domain.com/area-2/location-A, www.domain.com/area-2/location-B etc etc. This means that we have a relatively small handful of keywords which are relevant to any location, apart from the addition of the location or city name, like "house cleaners in [location], home cleaning services in [location]. So, do I set up my campaigns as domain.com/Newcastle, domain.com/Manchester etc, have say 10 keywords based around house cleaning, and then add all the local areas within that area/campaign? If so, should I add my keywords - things like "house cleaners" "home cleaning" "domestic cleaning companies" etc. to a campaign for /Newcastle, then add locations within Newcastle such as Gosforth, Jesmond, Heaton etc? Will this then allow us to track our rankings for "house cleaners in {Gosforth, Jesmond, Heaton etc}", "home cleaning in {Gosforth, Jesmond, Heaton etc}, "domestic cleaning companies in {Gosforth, Jesmond, Heaton etc}? Any help, general, specific is much appreciated! Many thanks Edward

How long does it take for the MOZ Local to update?
Hello, I use MOZ local to keep track of major citations for 30+ clients. Sometimes, it happens that I would be working on a new company, which does not have any significant number of active citations. And MOZ local does not seem to update very often, when I have already created citations for that particular new company. Can anyone update me about, what is the normal timeline for the MOZ Local to update new citations? I am using this URL to keep track of my company citation ranks: moz.com/local/search. Thank you in advance.

Moz Local Form Clarification
For Operating hours it's not clear (at least to me) what to do if you're not open at all on a day, like Saturday and Sunday. Do I just not put down the 1 and the 7 or add them with 0's. Please provide an example, so I can just cut and paste, if you don't mind. Thanks Moz, Ruben
