Do you know any website you can get in touch with bloggers?
-
I would like to get in touch with some good bloggers who would be happy to write a blog about my company services. Is there any website where is the list of blogs so you can get in touch with them or buy blog post on their blogs?
Thanks
Lukas

One thing that might help is our own Fresh Web Explorer tool. With the right combination of search operators you can identify those blogs (and bloggers) who are influencers in your industry, and reach out accordingly. I'd recommend watching these two videos on the tool:
Basic Operators in Fresh Web Explorer Advanced Operators in Fresh Web Explorer
The Help Hub article on FWE should be useful too, and I'd check out this Whiteboard Friday.
Bio search in Followerwonk could be very useful, too, as you can search every Twitter users for folks who have your industry keywords on their profiles. Add the word "blogger" and it could be even more useful!

You'll want to keep in mind search engine guidelines about paying with regards to any links that are followed, and with FTC guidelines (if US-based) about disclosing paid promotion.

Hi Lukas,
If it was easy then everyone would do it and it would return little to no value. Are you familiar with search operators? They can help refine your google search, in particular I was thinking you could use inurl: as most blogs exist in the subdirectory /blog/. So if your services were about fishing you could do a search like
inurl:/blog/ fishing
Install and turn on the Moz bar in chrome and you will see the DA score for each site in the results. This should cut down on the dead ends.
Good luck

Thank you but to looking for blogs one by one is a big job. So my question is if there is any website you know where is list or database of bloggers where you can search for them instead of using google search.

Hi Lukas,
This is a very broad question, one to which there is no simple answer. You need to ask yourself "what kind of a market would want my services?" and search for bloggers within that market that have a decent DA (although not an accurate measurement currently due to Moz updating it, should have it's accuracy returned in November).
Use a tool like Buzzstream to collect these blog sites and let the software dig for the contact info. From there reach out to the individual bloggers and see what they would like to write about your services. I would steer away from straight up offer money, but they might something in return, maybe a social push or some advice about the service you offer.
I hope that helps.

How to get readers to engage with content
Hi everyone! Over the last year and a half, we've ramped up our content generation and have now hit our stride with a steady stream of blogs and videos. Both qualitatively and quantitatively, we are seeing great results. The problem is that the qualitative feedback is always passive. When we see clients, partners, etc. in person, they tell us that they love the content, but no one ever leaves comments or uses the call to actions to submit their info. There are some social shares, but now that LinkedIn no longer has a counter, it's hard to tell how much. I'm looking for advice on strategies to get more active engagement with our content. The ideal outcome would be active conversations and lead generation. Thanks everyone!

Does anyone know of a recipe schema creator tool?
Our CMS doesn't support a user friendly plugin to create markup for recipes, so we have to do it manually. Does anyone know of a schema creator tool for recipes? Raven tools has one for every other content type. Thanks! Lisa

Where can I install a blog (not on the domain I'm optimising) which will help my search rankings?
I've got my hands tied, and I cannot install a blog like Wordpress on the domain I'm optimising. My question is, where then, would the next best place be? I've heard stories about subdomains being completely useless for affecting SEO of the root domain, and so anything external would probably have the same effect, correct? Would love to hear what some of you do in these situations. Cheers!

How to Get Rid of Duplicate Content Captured on Article Lists
We have a ton of articles and blog posts on our site. Currently, we display summary lists of articles that contain the first paragraph of the article in the summary list. However, in my reports, this is coming back as duplicate content with the full article itself. How do I fix this? Ex: article main page- http://www.robots.com/articles/10 First article on that page- http://www.robots.com/articles/viewing/grippers-for-robots (which shows up as duplicate content with the main artilce page). With our blogs, we have the most recent 5 blogs (in the same summary format) listed on our main blog page. We then have categories that people can sort by. But again, this is causing us duplicate content because those pages show the first paragraph of the blogs related to that category. Ex: blog main page- http://www.robots.com/blog. First blog listed on that page- http://www.robots.com/blog/viewing/robots-and-automation-bringing-jobs-back-to-the-united-states (which then shows as duplicate content with the main blog page). And then you can also select categories to see related topics: http://www.robots.com/blog/category/buying-a-robot which is showing as duplicate content also. Help! How can I prevent this? Thanks! Can you link build without adding any content to the website?
I am an agency-side SEO who has a few different SEO clients. A couple of them absolutely refuse to add any content to their site - no blog, no articles, no link bait, nothing. They have resisted efforts for any content to be placed on their site - whether it is written by us, them, or a third party. They just don't see the value in it, despite my attempts to persuade them. As a result, these websites are just brochure websites. What are your options for link building in this situation? If content is the foundation of white hat link building, what do you do if the client refuses to add content to their site? All help gratefully received! Thanks
